আমার আইডি flagged for a severe violation of Fiverr policies দেখাচ্ছে।

আমি সাপোর্টে কথা বলেছিলাম তারা দুইবার দুই রকম কথা বলছে। দয়া করে একটু দেখবেন?

First reply from Fiverr " I wanted to inform you that, Your account was flagged for being connected to another account that was disabled due to a violation of our policies."

2nd reply " After careful review, your account has been flagged due to location inconsistencies or other activities indicating a connection to violations of our Terms of Service. Consequently, your participation in Fiverr's level system is permanently restricted."

আমি কখনো VPN ও ব্যাবহার করিনাই।

আমার এই আইডি কি বন্ধ হয়ে যাওয়ার কোন সম্ভাবনা আছে?

ভাই আসসালামুআলাইকুম। ভাই আমি আমাদের কমিউনিটিতে জয়েন করতে পারতেছি না কারন আমার রিকুযেস্ট ডিনাই করে দেওয়া হইছে। এখন নতুন করে জয়েন এর উপায় কি? দয়া করে জানাবেন। আপনাকে কোনভাবে রিচ করতে পারতেছি না তাই এখানেই লিখলাম।

Withdrawal Not Transferred successfully to Payoneer for 92 days 

Hi Fiverr Community Bangladesh,

I tried to withdraw $337.74 from Fiverr to Payoneer on 02/08/2023 (August)  but the withdrawal was not transferred successfully to Payoneer. It has been showing 'IN PROCESS' in Fiverr for the last 92 days without transfer to Payoneer.

I have contacted the Fiverr support team several times, but they only provide generic answers.

আমি আগস্ট মাসের ২ তারিখে ফাইবার থেকে ৩৩৭.৩৪ ডলার পেওনিয়ারে উইথড্র দেই। কিন্তু তা পেওনিয়ারে না যেয়ে ফাইবারেই ‘ইন প্রোগ্রেস’ দেখাচ্ছে গত ৯২ দিন যাবৎ। আমি বেশ কয়েকবার ফাইবার ও পেওনিয়ারের সাপোর্ট টীমের সাথে যোগাযোগ করেছি। কিন্তু তারা বিষয়টি সমাধান না করে জেনেরিক রিপ্লাই দিচ্ছে।

এই অবস্থায় আমার করনীয় কি?
