    NO it does not affect your profile ranking as CS have worked with you to cancel the order and are aware of the situation.

    @mariam_15 if you have a genuine case and can provide proof of everything CS does help you by canceling the order and giving you the full payment as well. I experienced something like this myself but was unaware of the options I had because I was new to fiverr!
