Another explanation could be that fiverr noticed you've not been getting enough clicks or orders from those impressions and decided to allocate those spaces to more relevant gigs.

That's not exactly how it works here... Best route will be to negotiate with buyer concerning the order; see if you can still come to some sort of agreement. Sometimes you might have to cancel the order. I know that hurts in more ways than one, still, that's how it is sometimes. Stay consistent and you'll get more anyways. -
