Hello everyone I'm facing an issue to refund my funds from paypal to my fiverr account. last month I was withdrawn my funds into my paypal account. after withdrawal immediently i received email from paypal " Your payment is in waiting list please give me your verfiiction details then you will get your funds. if you will not give verification details till at 3 september 2022 your dunds will be refund to the sender account. and I was unable to give verifiaction because in my country paypal is ban. i was made my paypal on my an relative details. today is an 3rd september but i dont to receive my old funds that was stuck in my limited paypal. 
 

Is it posiible to receive my funds in my fiverr balance?
