I have one question why My potential buyer not interested with the offer after I be firm about the price. The offer in buyer request is about 35$, video animation project and the buyer interested with my past work. However, with the discussion he don't want the price and want to lower to 30$ and asked me to cut some of the package like not using the real voice-over. He gave me the slides, but not a script, expecting me to create a script. He also ask to add more minutes in the video. With the offer, I gave him 35$ for 3 minutes video, and ask him to give me a script before start the project. After several days, he's not responding to my offer. What should I do? Why my prospect buyer not interested with my offer?

I am very frustrated with this job because the buyer give me the script about work ethic (not much about technical part of maintenance of petrol station). I give her the progress and she said, she will ask her superior to comment it. Her superior said to add more about maintenance at petrol station. It has so much on technical part where she not gives me details about it and I have to find it myself the process of changing parts at pump dispenser and tyre inflator.
