  1. When he mentioned that he couldn't access the file, it would have been better to use the "deliver" button instead of sending the files as attachments. Sending attachments for delivery can cause confusion and lead to order cancellations. This is because attachments are mostly used for drafts, edits, or to show examples of work. As a result, I am unsure whether Fiverr's support team will close the order due to the delivery being sent through the attachment section.

This raises the question of the purpose of the basic package.

Fiverr flagged me for a red flag as my response time was 9 hours, which is not ideal. Here's what happened: at 12:51 a.m., a buyer sent me a message, and my auto-reply was sent in response. However, as it was late at night, I was sleeping and couldn't respond immediately. I replied to the message as soon as I woke up in the morning. I also contacted Fiverr support to explain the situation, but unfortunately, it didn't help.

I think, instead of the buyer request reopening, Fiverr should send the briefs properly, as I bought seller plus packages, and optimized my gigs according to that. but I realised every time whenever we edit the gigs, impressions drop down faster, and then it takes time to recover, and the loss of "impression and clicks" results in "No Briefs".

  12. Agreed, but If we get the briefs we may easily convert them into order with good dealing and according to the buyer's requirements and instructions.

  14. Agreed, It takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it. If you think about that, you'll do things differently. In nutshell, Avoid hate speech, always try to deal with "Good Behaviour" that is the basic key to build the good business,

  16. Exactly, But I think so Fiverr will investigate the case first, then will refund, If the buyer would be right, and got the delivery which wasn't mentioned in the gig description or in the mutual conversation of the discussion.
  17. There should be equal rights for buyers and sellers both, both are important for the business, If buyers take the work and hit the option I don't like then what will we do? I also suggested previously that, Fiverr should upgrade the delivery system, such as buyers shall be able to see the delivery check on only fiver's platform but should not be able to download the deliveries, Once they are satisfied then They should be able to download the deliveries, if they are not satisfied, then they deserve a refund and move on to the right seller.
  18. @breals Good Day Sir, You hit the most accurate spot, and I liked your analysis regarding briefs and the Seller's nature, Yes, I agreed most of the sellers have lazy nature, but all fingers are not equal, so There should be more room to prove themselves, such as one competition in each category service of the gig, every week.

  22. I agree with you that "People need to embrace the change and accept that buyer briefs" But in this case, Fiverr should send the briefs on daily basis.
