  2. Hello ahmedmughal1, I think this is not a bugs. Please keep in mind that is order for you to appear online you will need to be active on the site, not idle, for at least 15-20 minutes. That means you need to switch between tabs, work, reply to massage, etc. If you do something else on another page or minimize the browser and if you idle, you will not appear as online in the filter in search. So that means that you need to interact with Fiverr.com in those 20 minutes, not just have it open in another tab or window. Or clear your browser cookies. If the problem was not solved, Please contact to Fiverr support team.

  5. Thank you for your reply, When I’m facing this problem, I check my setting and clear my browser history also but the active status is still black. Recently I go to my Fiverr account and refresh I see my problem is fixed. But there comes a notification that the user account you are looking for is no longer available. I don’t know what this is but I’m afraid. If you know please tell me, I showing you that screenshot. Capture1280×829 105 KB here it is.
  6. I signed in my Fiverr account at least 20+ minute ago but here it shows I’m not online. Then I switch to buying mode and I search my gig and there is the same problem my active status is not showing. When I’m in my Fiverr account from my mobile device, It will show me I’m active but when I login from my desktop it show the active status is black. I check my setting and clear my browser also but the active status is still black. Recently I send a mail to Fiverr support team about this problem. Now I’m waiting for their reply. What’s your status now? Are you facing this problem too??
