In February, I had COVID-19 and after that I was very down, unfortunately I canceled 2 orders in the same week and from that moment, I lost the Promoted Gigs in my Fiverr Gig that had been the first in searches for years, it had Fiverr's Choice for a while and now despite having more than 400 positive reviews it does not generate even $100 per month, it has no clicks, no views or anything without the Promoted Gigs. I had the Promoted Gigs after 4 months for a week and then it was gone again, all my ratings are at 100% but now I only have orders from repeat customers. Which I greatly appreciate. Unfortunately, I went from living on Fiverr to having to look for a new job in my city since unfortunately this situation has represented a lot of loss for me. That has been my experience and since February, I have had no luck with Promoted Gigs, despite having very good reviews, I already feel that nothing is enough. The technical support tells me that the best in all my orders, but I have practically no orders without the Promoted, which is a nightmare! But hey, I'm sorry I vent here. I hope in your case, you can get it back soon and have lots of orders here on Fiverr! I know how frustrating it can be, so I hope little by little you will return to normal

To this day it has been more than 5 months since my Gig Best Seller stopped being suitable for "Promoted Gigs", despite having an incredible reputation (more than 400 positive reviews since 2018) basically now it does not even get views and stays in the last search pages! 2 weeks ago, Promoted Gigs came back for a week and I WAO! Finally, I will have orders again! I only had time to have an order... then the option disappeared again and a few weeks have passed. I feel genuinely desperate, I have followed the recommendations of Fiverr Support to update the images, to improve my profile and I feel that nothing changes, I went from generating an average of $700 a month to $30 with luck... honestly I feel demoralized because I thought that all the hard work on Fiverr since 2018 was worth something and was recognized but now I feel that so many years of excellent service have not been worth enough. I would like to know if you have been through this situation and how long did it take to recover the Promoted Gigs? Or was there something special that made him come back definitely! I'm sorry to sound dramatic, but financially it has been difficult and for personal reasons as well. I hope you are well!

Hi, sorry to hear that! To this day I still haven't had the Promoted Gigs back! I will continue working hard and I will be updating my situation here since we are more than one in this situation and so we can inform so that others have reference!

After 4 months, 1 week ago they gave me the Promoted Gigs feature again, however, a week later today they took it away again... I could only have 2 orders (1 by Promoted and the other by a repeat buyer) and now again I don't have the option! 😔 The frustrating thing is that despite having a Gig of 3 years of reputation, more than 400 positive reviews when it is not within Promoted it is moved to the last page in Fiverr of searches, it has 0 daily impressions and it goes from last place. It hurts a bit because you spend a lot of time on Fiverr, giving customers a 5/5 experience and it seems that even with that you can't reap the benefits of great service sometimes. I keep the faith high! 😀 any order that appears despite feeling somewhat frustrated I will take it and give 100%

I fully agree with you! Promoted Gigs is WORTH IT, before all this... I think I used to spend less than $10 USD a month and get a revenue of about $500 USD, one of the best features for me! Thanks for sharing 😀

I was hardly worthy of having the "Promoted Gigs" activate this option, honestly despite my Gig being a Best Seller, this option raised my business and I honestly considered that the cost of it was 100% worth it. 3 months ago, in February my Gigs were no longer eligible to be promoted, I think it had to do with 3 orders that I had to cancel due to a major reason: I had COVID-19, the Omicron variant and emotionally I spent days very low where I forgot to activate the Out of Office mood to avoid this problem. Months have passed today, my Gig with more than 400 positive reviews does not even appear on the first page of searches because of its good reputation... it is in the last pages, hopefully I receive 1 order every 2 weeks. To this day, I have 100% response, compliance and rating, I still don't get my order back to what it was before... I am very frustrated, I went from making more than $1000 a month at least to $20 with luck! It's kind of frustrating since I'm 100% loyal to Fiverr in the sense that I don't want to offer my services elsewhere, I appreciate the attention when I need support and how they're growing and making amazing features but I feel like all the work I've done since 2018 here it is displaced and buried, so much effort to always offer a 10/10 experience as if it didn't exist. I hope to hear about your experiences and advice, sorry if I take the time to vent!
