i think it's some bad algorithm. i used to be also on first 2 rows and get daily 2-5 people to contact me but now in 2 last month I made just 1 sale, quite a while no-one has contacted me! I'm level 2 seller with 1h response rate and 100% 5star rating. I don't think any of my clients have given me negative review, even if they would, 1-2 reviews wouldn't affect it so much compared to all the good reviews! check your gigs editing pages, there might be "error" - red dot or blue box that suggest what to do, usually its description or overview sections.

better don't share! you can lose your account. as product photographer, i need to share my name and address and as long i don't add email, i don't get notification. also is ok to share your portfolio/social media accounts etc. but if your client has asked couple of times your email or "other contacts", fiverr will flag/review some of your replies. in this case i wouldn't share my portfolio where is my prices and email address.

go edit option and look if there is any error: for example: if you selling photography gigs and your prices are less than 100, the pricing tab might have red dot and error to change the prices. it worked for me. contacting help desk would be waste of time.
