  1. Not post links? My business is very dependent on references. Why would this cause a problem for the AI?

That score doesn't depend on offers made/deleted/withdrawn, it literally depends on the words you use during the conversation (since they are automatically read by the app).

You don't have to ask for feedback, ever. You have to be kind, thank you, don't pressure the customer, don't post links, don't ask to be paid from outside and a thousand other tricks that help.

I'm doing some tests and the score went from 4 to 5 (which isn't enough, I know, but better than nothing)

As I have already written, Fiverr is evolving, but backwards.

  2. I dont know what to do anymore, 9/10 reviews i get are perfect with 11 things that went well and 5 stars. Yet still one month since the update went live, all my statistics are "strong negative impact". I really dont know if their system is just REALLY poorly made or im doing something wrong at this point.. Really demotivating, thinking of moving business elsewhere at this point after 3 years on this site... they dont care about seller anymore. Ive even issued multiple tickets because of buyers treating me poorly using degrading words and ive gotten no response and im afraid those buyers might leave 1star reviews just to threaten me...

I haven't done any changes to my gigs, it's my main gig with over 3k reviews and its nowhere to be found. I do use search terms that are in my title and in my tags. My other 2 gigs are there which I also pay ads for, but this one is NOWHERE. In that category I'm the best and most reviewed gig, it's so demotivating working for 3 years to get to the top just to fall to the bottom even after PAYING for ads... @Kesha please address this problem. If i'm not even gonna show up on any searches, why am I even given the option to promote my gigs and waste money?

Edit: today somehow I am on the search but somedays i do not even appear on it, i just think the system is too clunky..

Did you do a lot of editing to the gig(s) recently? Do you search using terms in your title or tags?

I dropped off the face of Fiverr in ads and organic searches for a while but it was hard to tell if it was because our clients generally take time off for holidays, I overhauled some gigs in the downtime, they changed the way our gigs are indexed (or how we're profiled, because I was getting traffic [and orders !] for being a 'race' that I never mention anywhere), maybe I was being reprimanded by the algorithm, or all of the above. The most edited gig was reverted back a couple of months ago, but I'm still not getting the same traffic I was before.

  6. My work has DOUBLED since this new reviewing system, but my income is way lower because of it. Everyday I get around 5 orders or more, and at least 2/5 orders (on a good day) are miss-clicked negative reviews! I spend all day trying to work it out with buyers to guide them through the process of changing a review (which they agreed they wanted it changed) but some of them dont wanna go through all the trouble of contacting customer support. Ive been struggling to get a bigger gig score than 4, but it's impossible with all the mistakes buyers are making because of a HUGE unnecessary complicated survey for a review. I think changing a review should be made more simple and direct without having to contact customer support. Maybe buyers can change it in the first 24 hours or so. That would make a HUGE difference for us sellers that are struggling with these mistakes..

Yes, you can say, "Is there anything I could have done to make your experience better?"  Or, "Thanks for the order, is there anything that I could have improved?" But the almost demand with the sad face to guilt them is clearly manipulative.  @Kesha has written extensively on this, you may want to read the

I was just reading all of that now, still doesnt fix the problem tho, and asking for buyers to change reviews is they have made a mistake is quite scary to do aswell..

  8. I am really not sure about this topic because I have never been on the buyers side on this platform. But these couple of days, as hard as it's already been with the new leveling system going from level 2 to 0 overnight, I have been met with another problem. After finally somewhat understanding how the new leveling system works (even tho I think some of the features and gig scores are COMPLETELY misscalculated) I noticed that buyers "missclick" on reviews. I have been delivering orders in a lot less time than usual, been more communicative and responsive, and somehow buyers chose to say: "Where you can improve: delivery time, responsiveness, politeness". This piqued my interest and I started messaging buyers after completing orders and getting reviews from them. Turns out none of them knew what they were doing and thought those were the things I was GOOD at. Only one buyer was kind enough to change it through customer support, but the rest just tarnish my gig score... I do not know what to do about this problem, I don't know if this is just a missjudgement on Fiverr's side on how much the buyers pay attention. (Blurred buyers names for obvious reasons)

This review system is driving sellers crazy, but it also completely confuses buyers.

    I received a message from a customer at 11:41 a.m. I replied 10 minutes later...
He placed the order 20 minutes later.
I delivered the next day at 10:26 p.m., that means 32 hours later (the delivery time for this gig is 7 days).

I got a 4-star review. The client ticked that I should improve my response time and delivery time.
I was completely floored when I read this. So I asked the client what the problem really was.
    Here's his answer.
So I really misread the evaluation, I thought it was the positive points that had to be selected...

    Don't laugh, I'm crying!

This isn't the first time we've heard that clients haven't understood this new form.

Someone really needs to look into this issue to avoid any misunderstandings.

This is EXACTLY what I was concerned with. Buyers do not take reviews seriously, they click randomly on things without giving ANY second thoughts. They just want to get it over with, no one wants to do surveys without a reward. Especially non-english or new buyers do not understand how the review system works. I always get messages on how to even start an order, let alone complete a whole survey without any instructions! It's a horrible update, reviews given with no second thoughts while having A HUGE impact on all of us Sellers.

  10. I've never felt more underappreciated on a platform. I have been loyal to this company, been working for 3+ years in voiceovers and producer tags, letting a lot of "one-sided" love for the clients only. But pushing me down to level 0 after being the best selling level 2 seller in my category without any explanation or warning is bizarre. Sales have decreased massively and there is NOT ENOUGH information on how to better your gigs. The reviewing system IS TOO COMPLICATED for new buyers and non-english speaking buyers which usually just leave a review to get it over with, not giving it a second thought. It has reflected very negatively on my gigs. I am a college student and this is my only source of income. This platform is pushing away Sellers like me more and more each update they add, they do not care about us Sellers.
