  1. I noticed a similar problem recently. I only offered one revision on a particular gig, and the revised delivery was submitted to the buyer and then they asked for further revisions. Why does Fiverr allow this? Buyers should not be able to apply for more revisions than what the gig/order stipulates. This shouldn’t even be a feature in the system, its absurd.
  2. I haven’t been able to check the forum in the last few days. Has there been any updates from Fiverr as to the total catastrophe of these changes?
  3. Has anyone from Fiverr answered the following question anywhere? If your gigs are not showing up the search results, and you are level 4 in the success score (0), how are you expected to be able to increase your success score?
  4. I’m actually pretty shocked. I thought with the mammoth amount of negative feedback that fiverr has received regarding the changes, that they may consider making some careful changes and being more considerate and maybe extending the amount of time before this is being implemented, and it looks like they are not doing any of that. They are stubborn, and they are sticking to their plan with implementing this, and they are still not providing the level of transparency that is needed. Truly shocking. Very disappointing to see that sellers on the platform can be treated like this.
  5. Now customer support are saying it won’t affect my statistics. I think I may have convinced them to discount it? I dunno what’s going on. Total mess with this success score.
  6. This just gets get more and more absurd. 😵‍💫 I've had two orders under "waiting for details" for around a year. These clients never provided the necessary information under the requirements for the orders to start. Today I contacted Fiverr support to remove them, but they warned that it might impact my success score! How can two orders that were never started and have sat for 6 months-1 year under “waiting for details” affect my success score if deleted?! 😩
  7. Absolutely. It’s not an exaggeration to say this is affecting peoples mental health. This is many sellers livelihoods and a lot of people are completely confused and the proposed changes don’t make any sense and we are lacking full transparency. The little bit we have got just leads to more questions.
  8. I deleted some gigs last week and it’s made no difference to my success score.
  9. I’m currently working with a buyer who I sent a draft to for them to check. Even though they have been online, they haven’t responded to my messages in the last 12 or so hours. I also requested an extension of 1 day so they can check the draft. They haven’t responded to that either. I’ve contacted Fiverr support who haven’t replied that. There is now late sales. And I’m going to be held responsible for this? I did everything I could to get the information I needed for the order upfront, but because there is a lot of information the buyer needs to check the draft, but if they are going online yet not being responsive to my messages how is that my responsibility and something that I should be penalised for?
  10. And yet any seller that does a revision under such circumstances is penalised in the rating/success score which affects visibility of our gigs etc. It’s so frustrating. Fiverr need to make some serious changes here .
  11. Are there sellers delivering subpar work, leading to necessary revisions? Yes, that's a reality. However, not all revisions stem from inadequate initial deliveries. Some buyers may request revisions excessively or for minor changes, even when the work meets the agreed-upon standards. Therefore if there is a blanket rule that revisions will count against you in regards to the success score, not taking the differences described above into consideration, is really unfair to sellers.
  12. If they don’t listen and make serious changes, good sellers who are bringing in money for Fiverr may leave the platform and Fiverr will lose out on a lot of money. Not to mention, this whole issue has been awful in terms of publicity.
  13. I've been submitting drafts for the buyer's review before approval, but they haven't responded due to the time difference, and I'm unlikely to receive a response before the delivery deadline. How can I proceed without facing penalties?
  14. I’m in a similar position to yourself and I ask this - if your gigs are being hidden, how can you improve your success score?
  15. @Kesha I am currently at level 4 (success score), but it seems like my gigs aren't getting the visibility they need and have been suppressed for months now, on and off, so they are not always visible to prospective buyers. With less than a month before the new system is fully in place, how I can reasonably improve my success score if my gigs remain hidden? It feels like the people who thought up this new success score really did not consider all the implications. Despite having a Level 2 status and a positive rating of 4.9 with 303 reviews and over 545 completed projects, it seems like I might drop down to Level 0 under the current setup and won’t be able to get visibility for any of my gigs to level up. With all due respect, do you see how absolutely frustrating this is?
  16. This is the core point — how can we increase our success score if our gigs are being hidden?!?! @Kesha please answer
  17. Fiverr - Please, really take time to go through the feedback sellers are sharing. Many of them are genuinely worried about their livelihoods. The reviews of these changes are overwhelmingly negative, so it's crucial to think carefully about how you implement this program if you choose to move forward. The changes are being implemented far too quickly. Please gather more feedback from sellers and make some clearly needed adjustments before moving forward. There needs to be far more transparency for people’s gigs than what is currently revealed, and the idea that someone with a high rating could suddenly go down to level 1 or even 0 is entirely absurd! Please think again!
  18. I have a gig in which I write UK formatted CV/resumes, and have 88 reviews so far, but I’m thinking to change the gig to remove the UK specific part and just offer to write CVs, cover letters etc. in English. Is it advisable to change a gig like this? Or would it be better to create a brand new gig (but that gig would have no reviews)?
  19. Can you apply for Fiverr pro if your gigs are priced below $100? Because the pro application asks you the price of your gig, and the lowest is $100 - $200.
