  1. I have been working on Fiverr since 2021 and trying to work very attentively to the satisfaction of the buyer. But last month unfortunately I received a 1-star review. After the buyer left his review I contacted Fiverr customer support and explained. After reviewing my gig impression is going down. I am staying active on Fiverr. Now impression of my gig is very low. I don't get any orders. What is the solution?

    Properly SEO the title of your gig, create mind blowing descriptions, choose the perfect tag, stay active online and always learn from the Fiber Forum.

    If you share your gig right place on social media. Then marketing is not bad for Gig.

    Fiverr sent me warning instead of the buyer and how stupid is that, I just reported myself according to fiverr support response who does not effort to read the subject or message at first.

    Seriously! Why would I report if I did communication outside Fiverr, is it too hard for support team to understand the basics? Sigh.

    For some buyers, we are experiencing problems that are unknown to us.

    You can research the ordering process of Fiver.This is a long term process so you will not find the best answer in one day.

    You can see color psychology used everywhere, because it’s so effective. There are artist, companies, politics that are using it. You can use it on your main gig image, so you can affect potential buyers emotions! You could just change colors on it and make your gig more effective. Okay Michał, but I have 5 orders and no time to read so much. I get it and I value your time.

    Below I will list most important colors and when to use them. You can read more about color psychology online, as im not psychologist 😁

    Red: Increases attention, passion and energy. You can use it for:

    • Making your gig more noticeable
    • Bring more attention to important informations
    • Warnings

    Blue: Increases calmness, trust and safety. You can use it for:

    • Making your gig more trustworthy
    • Make your products look safer
    • Help your clients feel more secure

    Orange: Increases friendliness and energy. You can use it for:

    • Making your gig look more friendly
    • Make your product look more unique
    • Find younger target audience

    White: Increases easiness and simplicity. You can use it for:

    • Make your gig look simpler to understand
    • Make your products look more clean (perfect choice for toothpaste, soap)
    • Make your clients feel calmer

    Yellow: Increases mood and passion. You can use it for:

    • Make your gig feel more passionate
    • Make your clients feel more comfortable

    Green: Increases naturalness and healthness. You can use it for:

    • Environmentalist theme
    • Make your product feel more natural

    Part 2: How to choose colors for your gig image?

    I have seen some gigs that have a lot of orders but the color of their gig image is not attractive.
