    Hey, sorry now only I saw this. First of all for the ID verification its recommended to use an apple phone to capture photos. So regarding what you asked, after the verification failed and my account got restricted I contacted the customer support, I asked them to provide me another chance to upload my documents so that I can complete the verification process. But they manually verified the my documents and I got my seller account back after 3-4 days.
