    better leave fiverr and try another marketplace.

  3. last 5moths i had faced a problem , when i got any order then my gig goes down in last page and after 2month it come again in front then after few days it goes again in last page and i need to wait 2months. what the hell is this....!! this is the only income source in this pandamic. 
    It's now become frustrating and fiverr support also reply same bullshit. I can't just take all this.
     I'm leaving Fiverr.

    i know this but when i got it i lost my gig rank and i don't know why always my gig goes down after completing a order. 😞

    Probably not, because new sellers don’t qualify for the program. Perhaps you didn’t read the announcement. Only vetted Level 2 and TRS level sellers qualify to participate, and only if they have gigs in the listed categories.

  6. Facing the same problem. I was in vacation mode for some days one month ago when I visited my parents. Since then the impressions went down from 13k/month to 350/7days. Had the same problem on Christmas when I was on vacation too. Got 88 5 star ratings and the gig went from first to the last page now. I found another acc copied my gallery images and gig description (reported it now) but I don’t think that this was the reason for the heavy punishment. I will definitely avoid using this mode again as I think that the algorithm punishes you more than a cancelled order would. Replay worried about the next week’s…

  7. Sit on your hands. Wait. The buyer is not under any onus to accept a delivery as soon as you send it or even soon thereafter. They can choose to let the system manually accept it 72 hours (3 days) after you have delivered.

    Whatever you do, do NOT reach out to the buyer and message them asking them if the delivery was OK or to give you a rating. They get prompted by Fiverr when the delivery is sent and they open it up. Also, doing that can get your account a warning.

    Just because the buyer is online, does not mean they owe you anything - a message, rating or acceptance. You did your part of the job, now move forward.
