  1. Well, so far the support team has been anything but helpful. I am about to reach Top Rated Seller, just need 1k more to be earned, and they think I am trying to gain back my $14 for shady reasons. While I had clearly explained, in puny detail how I have never, EVER, enabled back that feature as I truly never liked it. However their Support team gave me an automated reply without giving proper attention to my very real issue. After paying a lot of thousands $ in fees, I was expecting to receive proper support. As level 2 states, we are eligible for priority support. Which I was waiting for 12 hours to receive an automated reply, prepared reply which they have to tackle the herds of tickets they receive. Absolutely disgusting they can charge you like that and then the Support Team which is there and being paid to identify issues and rectify them, simply ignores you and gives you a generic answer and forces me to wait more than 12 hours more now. So I have been over 24 hours with this issue and the Support team is absolutely non existent and not helpful. Well, this is complete BS. I will start considering moving away from this platform since they fail to take responsibility for their own issue and not really willing to help me out further. For just $14 of a charge which I never authorised by myself. Well guys, it appears that this issue can happen and Fiverr will do absolutely nothing to help. They drain us with fees and then when an issue like that happens, they are not willing to help further. Anyways, that's all folks. Take care!
  2. Good evening dear freelancers, As I’m sure majority of you have already received this, I as well had received at some point $10 in voucher. I used it all, didn’t like how the gig promotion works and I decided to never use it again. That was a few months ago. Today I received a random deduction of $14 from my earnings and after digging into what had happened and why my earnings were reduced, I realized that one of my gigs was enabled to be promoted. I have NEVER went to the promotion page to enable that gig to be promoted, so it got enabled by itself. I have already reached out to Customer Support about this, however I was curious to see if anyone else had a similar weird experience as I couldn’t fond a similar thread anywhere.   3. Hi everyone! After three months of total radio silence, algorithm finally kicked in for me as well and I am back on first page. At least now it’s clear that this can happen from time to time and usually it lasts 3 months until it kicks back in. Good luck to everyone and anyone who is going through the same right now. It will get better eventually.

  5. Officially 2nd month without no new messages or new clients. Funny how I still got the 2nd level requirements and about to get that badge. Disappointing to say the least.
  6. This is terrible and against the terms of service to request this type of stuff. Reach out to customer support and I am confident you will get help with this.
  7. Very happy for you! How long did you wait in total and did you do anything? Mine still the same… I am losing hope. I have recently sent a million messages to wish happy holidays to my clients and they replied back to me to wish me too… and because I haven’t replied back to them(as anyone would normally do after receiving wishes back), my Response Rate literally dropped 10% and Customer Support says it’s my fault and won’t fix it… I think moving on to a different platform will end up being the best solution. This is a joke now.

  9. A quick update for people experiencing the same issue: I still have the same issue after more than 1 month. Messages cut off abruptly, impressions plummeted from thousands per day to literally nothing and literally all my gigs are on the last page, no matter what key term you search while before I was on first page, first line. I will start working on a few fixes and if any will work, I will be back to let you know! Let’s figure out this nightmare algorithm together! Stay tuned.
  10. I mean… if the service is somehow related mainly to something female audience needs then I don’t see why not. Now, if you are making a gig and you only want to work with women, just because, then it can potentially seem a little weird… I am mean why women only? What’s your reason for this? What is this gig about? Other than that, as someone mentioned above, this can also be seen as discrimination if you don’t have a good reason. As it’s against the TOS. Also 99.99% of women who saw your post, got creepy vibes, so get a hint! Don’t think you will have much success with that gig 😛
  11. If I were you, I’d rather avoid taking over this gig. You will put you account at risk by sharing these type of details. If Fiverr ends up banning you for sharing these details it will be difficult to impossible to prove them wrong and then get your account back
  12. The way the algorithm plays around, it will be dead soon and flooded with average sellers. I’m going through the same now but I am on my third week of total silence. God bless my frequent return clients
  13. Same situation here! Was receiving multiple orders and messages per day, and then suddenly the algorithm got mad at me and threw me all the way back! Welcome to the zone! It might take a while to get out of here… (I’m on my third week now)
