  1. Gina, this is a wonderful piece of writing! You have explained everything clearly and to the point.

I have also noticed that when some buyer leaves a negative review, we have an option to reply to them. It is a good practice to reply in such a way so that you can point out what did not work out for you, or if there was any shortcoming from the buyer.

    Thank you for writing this!

PS: I wonder why this topic has such less views in this forum. This should get lots of views.

  2. To help solve this kind of issues, Fiverr has this system of payment called Milestones Payment. Milestones is a type of custom offer that allows you to create stepping stones when working on a bigger project with a buyer. It ensures that you will receive payment for the tasks you completed during the project.

Milestones allow sellers to work in steps to ensure satisfaction.

It is recommended to use Milestones when working on larger, more complex projects.

You could have saved your time this way.

    Best of luck.

  3. IMPORTANT: You must use different bank accounts connected to the platform. Otherwise, your account will be restricted or banned.

There is no problem even if you are offering the same service, but to be on the safe side better to offer different services or just ask the CS about this.

You should not do cross orders like place an order on the other account.

Mostly, it is really safe to use multiple Fiverr accounts from one PC or IP address.

  4. One of the important things that I have learnt as I grew on Fiverr is that you should never overpromise to anybody.

This is something we should all be aware of.

I thought that it is important to point this out because some buyer's might get frustrated and leave Fiverr altogether. We don't want any buyer to leave us right? So, please everyone do not overpromise and underdeliver!

  5. As far as I know, PayPal cuts a lot of money for each transaction. You should read their policies first then do the transactions.

So far I did not withdraw any money from my account, so I don't know which will be better, PayPal or Payoneer.

I suggest you be careful about dealing with PayPal.

First, Fiverr cuts 20% and now PayPal. This is sad for us.

  6. You can delete any gig you want. Fiverr does not do anything if you delete anyone of your gigs.

It is better if you do not delete your top ranked gig. This might have a bad impact on the ranking of your profile. However, you can do that as well.

The best gig to delete are the experimental gigs that you create. The ones which gets very few impressions, if any.

    I hope this is helpful.

  7. This is a tricky problem.

As far as I know, Fiverr wants you to work harder (by offering better quality services) and find ways to find customers from outside the marketplace.

Since you are a Level 2 Seller, you can contact old customers and invite them to get services from you.

Also, Fiverr wants to allow new sellers a chance to compete with old sellers.
