Hi Team Fiverr, I have created my Fiverr account a while ago and at that time the billing information I put in was my personal information, everything is working fine but now I want to update my Payoneer account to a new one that I have created recently and the new account is a business Payoneer account. Will there be any trouble or do I need to consider anything before I update the billing information? 1 think to notice here is my account is a basic seller account by the name of “Binary Marvels” but now I have registered it as a Private limited company and want to shift everything to this without changing my seller account to business account. I have all the legal documentation ready if anything required for the verification.
  2. I would agree to most of the advices but I have a different story to be told. When I don’t get orders I usually come online at night (Pakistan time) this formula works ever time for me. I can tell you my theory why it works every time for me if you are interested. Being online 24/7 will never be a good idea but chose your time wisely if you are planning to say online and active and I will suggest to improve your gigs to rank on top so that you dont need to stay online all the time.
  3. I am not sure what is the right decision for you but in such scenario I usually send more than 2 messages to the client on different day each and if the client did not respond to the those messages than I open the dispute to fiverr about the client is not responding.

Hi Everyone, I am planning to create a video for the gig gallery, any suggestion of what to add in the video, how to make the video (any tool or online site that can help creating the video) What are the rules to follow in creating the video? Is it necessary to add a video of myself explaining the service, or I can create a video without add my face in the video? Thanks Abdul
  5. Also, even if what you said was true, you are not asking for an honest review. You are asking them to rate your services if they like the work. Fiverr asks the buyer to leave reviews a lot already, so there is no need for you to do it as well. I was a buyer before I was a seller, and I have always found it annoying to be asked to leave a review by sellers. Hence, I decided to never ask for a review when I became a seller - and I never have. man you scare the hell out of me, I am learning a lot from the forums. I wont ask for a review again. thanks for pointing it out
  6. You can’t do that either. Don’t ever hint at a review. Period. you cant ask them for 5 star ratings specifically, but you can request them for an honest review.
  7. I have read the TOS but I think in my warnings it was just a bad luck or maybe it leaves no chance I do it again 😂

If you get banned and make another account it will be disabled also. Check this out: Don’t do it! … You Have Been Warned! if you want to protect your account. I am trying my best to not violate any of the TOS. In the first warning the client asked me to chat on hangout so I sent him my username and in the second the client reported me for the partial delivery. I always try to delivery my 100% but I thing I am immature or maybe bad luck. I am learning in both cases. Hope it never happen again.

  11. What do you mean by this? You have new clients sending messages in inbox? How do you greet them, do you have quick reply? Why are you not converting to orders? Also, you can have 3 JPG photos and PDF and video in your GIG, you do not. Yes right I talk to more or less 5 new clients a day and my conversation rate will be 5% out of 100% I think. I usually greet with following messages: “Hi, thank you for contacting” (and than answer the question) “Hi, thank you for contacting let me go through it first” (if the message is lengthy or need more attention in that case I reply after reading and understanding everything)” and yes my first reply is very quick reply i dont know if it is right or not. Thanks for pointing out the pdf and video attachment I never thought of it that way.

Key findings: Improve your thumbnails (they are very dull)Improve your title with the right keywords (try finding the right keywords to SEO your gig on fiverr)Improve your copy (describe the service in detail and also offer promos)Send buyer request daily (try sending the custom buyer request not the copy/paste version)Give Photoshop test in fiverr skills as you have photoshop skills (and customer support just to gain the client interest)Be patient and never give up.
  13. Hi everyone, I am running a fiverr account with my team where I offer multiple services to the clients. Everything seems okay I talk to 2 or 3 person a day but I am not having orders as compare to the clicks impression on my gigs and the number of people I communicate. I don’t understand if it is something to do with my communication or my profile. I was a level 1 seller and this April 15 I was about to go to level 2 everything is complete but a buyer placed an order without providing complete information…Long story short the order is cancelled I am demoted to a new seller with a warning that I abuse the “Delivery” button even when I delivered the best work according to my knowledge. This is my 2nd warning I think I have 1 warning left if this account got banned starting a new account will be another hustle. I am very frustrated today. What you guys do in such scenarios? I am stuck I need help, I need mentorship if anyone willing to guide.
