  1. When I search for 'retro cartoon character', your gig appears on the first page. Similarly, when I search for 'retro cartoon branding', your other gig is also on the first page. It seems you can't complain about visibility, and you're not shadow banned. Perhaps this is just a temporary period of lower demand for such services.
  2. Happened to me before multiple times, never had problems, just pressed and held as requested. There are multiple reasons for this message; for me, it was because I was opening too many gigs too quickly, and maybe the system thought I was a bot. Make sure, as stated, you don't use suspicious software/extensions like auto page reloaders, as this is not allowed by Fiverr's TOS.
  3. @Kesha, I am attaching two screenshots with statements made by Fiverr. Could you please clarify what will happen with them once you launch the new level and rating system? Specifically, I'm concerned about: "We lowered the rating score threshold from 4.7 to 4.2 to help sellers better maintain their levels." With all the upcoming changes, what's happening with the part that helps sellers maintain their levels? "One of the first steps we are taking is to alleviate some of the pressure on sellers. The lowest rated order during the period will be removed from the evaluation of the seller." With all the upcoming changes, what's happening with the part to alleviate some of the pressure on sellers? With all upcoming changes to your level and rating system, not only do you increase stress on sellers, but you significantly increase the score threshold, while encouraging buyers to leave lower ratings. It's not fair and too demotivating. I imagine that with all new changes, and as you believe that lower ratings increase conversion rate, the threshold should be something like 4+ for level 1 sellers, 4.2+ for level 2 sellers, and 4.4+ for top-rated sellers (maybe even lower). The interesting part is that you claim to have conducted a lot of beta testing and research before launching this new system. I believe you know that once it is live, many established sellers will lose levels sooner or later, even when we deliver awesome work. Just one or two instances where we do our best but still fall short of a buyer’s vision and receive low ratings may ruin everything. It's not fair.
  4. @Kesha I'd like to inquire about a feature that, despite not being discussed in the latest posts, has been quite beneficial since its implementation in 2018. This feature ensures that the lowest-rated order in a 60-day period is excluded from a seller's evaluation. With the introduction of the new rating and level system, will this feature continue to be in place, or will it be removed, potentially increasing stress on sellers?
  5. What most people are aware of this year is that Fiverr has introduced a number of updates, which I personally think are detrimental to the sellers on the platform. These include allowing buyers to leave ratings on cancelled orders, removing the ability to block buyers (not in an easy way), and now changes to the rating system. Since this system was introduced, in addition to reviews with a 4-star rating, I've also noticed a drastic decline in received ratings, perhaps because it's too complicated for buyers to leave such ratings. What do you think will be Fiverr's next move to further complicate and add stress to the lives of its sellers?
