  1. This is unfortunately not the case. I no longer have the ability to skip through questions to leave an automated review. I have to take 7 steps ( 7 clicks at a min.) to get to the end and am still prompted to write a paragraph. If I decide to answer all questions, it would be a whopping 17 - 18 clicks to get me through. Buyers are often pressed for time and it's simply annoying to have to go through this extensive 'leave a review' process! Who wants to do that?? What I absolutely dislike is the fact that the amount I spent will now be publicly displayed. Why??? I won't be leaving reviews anymore. This is something I am not willing to share publicly. Fiverr has always used metrics and from a business point I get it. Reading Emmaki's post made me think how sellers potentially are contributing to this issue by being part of the seller success program. In order for sellers to get these insights and data Fiverr has to collect data.
  2. That is really terrible and it will cause a problem for the entire category and sales. I had a client who asked me if I can deliver a file that isn’t as heavily processed because it sounded robotic. I don’t compress my files so I asked him if he downloaded the file or if he listened in through the playback window within the delivery. Of course it was the playback window on the site. He confirmed that the quality of the downloaded file was much better. Seems like I will have to ask clients to download the file directly in order to check the work from now on. Seriously how is this OK? 20% off every order and we get such a road block? 😡. Pfffft rant over!
  3. Not much! Maybe use it but they have to credit you? This is a bit tricky. How would you even keep track of this and how would you be able to track them down to see if they violate your copyrights? You would have to write up your own agreement and the client would have to sign it but you would have to run it by customer support to make sure you would have permission since the exchange of personal information isn’t permitted. You won’t know. To be honest, I am not sure if Fiverr is the right place if you are that concerned about the usage, commercial license etc.
  4. One would think it would be very easy to implement since it’s already available in the VO category (screenshot attached) I can only imagine the stress and hiccups for you if the above happens.
  5. Ok, so basically I can ask them to leave a review but not say leave a good or great review if they like the work? What MissCrystal said 👍 . Even Fiverr staff encourages us to ask buyers for reviews (at least that’s what I heard in the SL or from Pro sellers). However, as soon as you ask for a 5 * or a positive review it becomes an issue.
  6. Tell him you would appreciate the opportunity to get it right. See if he is interested in getting it fixed. If he agrees you can deliver via inbox. If your client is happy with the final outcome, he can reach out to customer support to have his review removed. Be careful though…soliciting clients for a 5 star review is not allowed. Good luck!
  7. You can make a video slideshow with images or you can make a PDF portfolio as suggested below Fiverr Forum Add a PDF to improve your portfolio! For every gig you can upload 3 images AND 2 Pdf files. If you work with photography or designs I recommend using a PDF template like this one to show more of your work.
