  1. Hi There, it seems to be you're new on Fiverr. If the clients message you the main purpose of the client in most of the case is to inquire if the seller is capable of doing the job he is going to pay for. If the Seller meets the requirements and satisfy the client the client definitely order you the service you're selling but if the client doesn't feel comfortable or get a better offer from someone else then he/she doesn't order you. Every incoming message doesn't mean that it'll bring an order for you. Messaging feature is to communicate with the clients to better help them understand how you're able and what solutions you have to complete his/her job. I think this answers all your questions.   2. Congratulation on getting an order and experiencing such incident. If your buyer isn't replying to you it doesn't mean that you are a bad seller or your impression is bad. He/she might be a busy person and might be doing something else. Increase the deadline by a week to give your buyer a complete opportunity to get back to you once he is ready. There is a possibility that he might be writing, drawing, or gathering all the information that you asked for or you need to further dig into to the ocean. If you feel like the buyer isn't going to respond, then you should deliver the order with the work you did for him. If the buyer gets back he'll ask you for the revision otherwise your order will be marked as completed after 3-days of your delivery. If you do not feel safe make sure to contact Fiverr Support Team. Thank you so much Fiverr Team for making the Fiverr Forum experience more better with a fresh new look. My favorite style is grid and I really enjoy using Fiverr Forum in Grid Style.
  4. I'm about to complete level 2 seller requirements and now I got the notification to verify my Fiverr account using ID card. I uploaded my Nation ID Card to verify the account but immediately I got the notification Submitted ID isn't supported. and Now I can't proceed. Whenever I open the Fiverr Verification Portal the white page appears and I'm unable to proceed. I even contact the Fiverr Customer Support and they don't even yet have anything to help me. They replied twice with the proceduce to complete the verification but the issue is the verification page doesn't appear correctly. I've attached the Screen recordings.   5. When someone visit fiverr and search specific term and your gig appears there, it is called impression. It’s also a part of impression even if someone plays your video or not. When someone will click on the gig appeared in search result and go to you actual gig detail page. It is called click. Hope to you got what you’re looking for

He reached out to Fiverr support team and support team asked him to settle the issue with the seller. Team also suggested the buyer to cancel the order if he places another order of 50% amount. Then the team will cancel the existing one. Delivered the order once again! Let’s see what happens.

  9. Hi There, I’m going to share my Fiverr experience as a seller. A few days ago, what happened to me is that a person came to me asked me if I can work for him. I was capable of doing work according to his requirement so I said: “YES! I can help you with you your project”. I sent him the custom offer and he places the order. Sent a PDF of TEXT CONTENT. I prepared a doc for him Actually it was an HTML CUSTOM EMAIL DESIGN. I made everything according to the requirement and delivered the order. The client asked back to make minor changes like font style, and Center to left-align text and those basic things. All right No Problem, I delivered the order with all the requested changes. Then the client again asked for the revision. Whatttt Not again! So now what happened? Yes, you’re right he asked for the revision once more! Saying need more! I tried my best to ask him what exactly the change do you want or let me know the specific area or section or if there is an element I can Add, remove or customize. But Nope! He never tried explaining. I asked him politely after some time, Hi There, I’ve not heard back for a while. Please let me know more about your needs & requirements. So I did my best to make things more beautiful and accurate according to the requirements defined in PDF File. and delivered the order saying this is the final delivery as I’ve not heard back for a while. But whenever I deliver the order he just doesn’t;t accept the delivery and asks for the revision and does not say what actually he needs. So let me know in this situation what could I do? Now doing the same thing the order is late for 10 days. I’m not sure what’s going to happen with my account when the order is going to be marked as completed or canceled. I’m seeing a totally dark world ahead! That’s why said; Do not read my topic if you don’t show some sympathy. Regards, 💔

  12. Hi There, I want to share my opinion with Fiverr to help our family Digital Marketing Place. Sometimes sellers provide the work they are asked to provide But Buyers don’t like it or need some changes. Fiverr already the opportunity for a buyer to ask for the revision. But Now, There is a time to put a new thing when a buyer clicks on the revision button and that is Revision Description. There is should be a short or long description text field to write some requirements so the seller can better understand where the seller needs to make changes. Yes, I know seller and buyers can communicate using ORDER CHAT feature But asking individually takes times and sometimes buyer doesn’t or take a long to reply.   13. Wait for some time, If the Buyer is not responding Re-deliver the same original work. This will help you save your order deadline time and will also stop the countdown timer.
  14. Hello @yuvrajsinghw, Thanks for posting your Story on Fiverr Forum. In a case like yours, you must first need to help yourself by learning some unique working methods and ways of providing your work to your client so they can never cheat. I would suggest you complete your order at your end and keep it a safe place where your client can not access it until he likes the delivery.   15. A lot of times buyers don’t communicate for some reason. In this case, use the Fiverr Resolution Center and Increase the Order Deadline to help you avoid bad delivery ratings. Choose the option to increase the deadline time with incomplete information. and Once the seller will see your request 99.99% chances he/she will accept your dispute. Regards, Modern Creator
