I just checked your gigs and there is something wrong in your description which doesn't make sense to me, but there are problem with your gigs description when you put "Why Choose Us", are you working alone or are there any whole team are working with you?

Anyway, I suggest it better to do some research on the forum and ask the sellers for the tips on the forum. Maybe someone may help give you a correct answer. Sorry, I can't help you with this since I don't really spend a lot of times on the forum.

But living in the U.S. is nice, because I'm glad to know that there are still some good people like the audiologists and doctors from the hospital near my place take good care of their patients, even during hearing test.

It's never too late to learn ASL, @vickieito! It's weird being a hard-of-hearing kid grew up around the deaf community, I have never thought I was put in this school by my parents. When I first goes to kindergarten class with other deaf kids, I didn't know what was going on. While on the yellow school bus, 2 other deaf kids thought it would be funny to teach me a middle finger sign language during school bus riding on the way home. I was only 6 at the time. Once I turned 10 and moved to Sacramento from Yuba City in 1992, I realized these kids taught me the sign language was bad and I'm glad I never used it on other deaf kid.

There is no shame to wear hearing-aids. I remember while back in high school during 1999, I met the very same (Vietnamese) kid went to same school with me in Caleb Greenwood Elementary School in 1993. He was too embarrassing to hang out with deaf kids and wearing a hearing-aid. I saw him take off his left hearing-aid and put in his pocket pant before entering the classroom. That was high school year 6 years after we were split from Caleb Greenwood. He didn't recognized me when I saw him walking right pass when he take off his hearing-aids. It just sad for me to see him embarrassed like that to be honest. I'm not quite sure what was his reasons for doing that. Maybe he didn't want his friend to know he was hard-of-hearing? Or wearing a hearing-aid? I don't know. To be honest, I'm glad I didn't have to meet him again because he was always a rude kid and arrogant.

Most audiologists at Kaiser Permanente Hospital I went to are very nice person. While back in 2018, when I finally got my new (Oticon Bluetooth hearing-aids) from a blonde lady, when she put a hearing-aids on both of my ears after the hearing test. A friend sat there and she saw the audiologist have some tears in her eyes when she asked me if I could hear it. I said "yes" she then wiped her tears. I can tell she was very happy. This really brings joy to me and I can now finally have hearing-aids again after 14 years.

I used some ASL and ESL mixed, because ASL still little bit new to me. But I'm still learning from YouTube. 🙂

I have many of my art stolen on NFT for many times where the thieves try to sell it on Amazon (with their clothing brands) and on Walmart. However, I'm glad I created DMCA to take action and Walmart took it down. Of course, it work if you are already a paid Core or Pro member.

Nice to know I'm not the only person on Fiverr wearing both hearing-aids, @vickieito. I lost both my hearing while back in 1987 just after I started Kindergarten. But my ears doesn't feel pain at all. Have you check up with audiologist for the hearing test? I did that once a year with a friend (I mentioned on your post). She used to be my former 3rd grade teacher, and we still staying in touch after haven't seen each others since 1995 when she left Caleb Greenwood Elementary School (at the the I was in 4th grade). And yes, I was upset after not seeing her at my school again.

Have you by any chance learning E.S.L. (English Sign Language) with other deaf kids like I did? Well, now I have to study A.S.L. (American Sign Language) because ESL is pretty much outdated since the 90's. That's why I need to relearn the new A.S.L. all over again.

Yes, I enjoy creating game fanart for the fans to enjoy collect them, sometime the private client will commission me to create game character art for them for personal use for their game blog and vlog, etc. I most likely focusing on creating retro pin-up art and comic characters art for my story.

Oh, and sometime I will just paint a portrait of Facebook friends and make them looks retro with big hairstyle, clothing and create them wearing sunglasses. 🙂

Yes, me too! I saw the new announcement on Starfield with gameplay trailer, and it's looks amazing already. I don't care what people says, but it looks great since I'm such a sci-fi nerd who love space games!

@vickieito, sorry, I almost forgot to mentioned "The Da Vinci" portrait painting. I used Wacom Cintiq 13HD tablet to paint a portrait of Leonardo in Adobe Photoshop CC which took me a year to complete since I have been struggle to catch up with the portrait due to the concept art I have to designed video game characters for the small company claimed they are doing a demo for Bethesda (the creator of Elder Scrolls: Skyrim and Fallout). I find it hard to believe the CEO owner claimed that he has some friends and connections at Microsoft, Ubisoft and EA Games. But his project of the game demo for Bethesda never complete! It's has been 4 years and never completed either.

It pissed me off that this guy using other artists from ArtStation to create art for him, but I'm glad one artist from ArtStation messaged me on Facebook warning that this guy is a bogus. That's why I left his so-called company. And some artist (who worked for Assassin's Creed and Friday the 13th: The Game) refused to join this guy's company because they knew he was a fraud and a fake. When I used to work with the guy at the time I was an art director, I have to called him to setup the meetings for artists, designers and including him which is important for me to discuss about the game project. And guess what? This guy, keep making an excuses that he was still driving and will call me back when he get home. But never call. Never at once. Then I saw him posting pictures of him with his buddies like he was on a road trip, enjoying the lifestyle right after he told me he was at the hospital!

It surprised me that he was banned from several Facebook art groups from different admins, because he was spamming the groups about his company is hiring artists. I'm glad I had put him on a blacklist so I can avoid working with people like him in the future.

Hey there, @vickieito! Very good question. I used Adobe Photoshop CC 2022 and Adobe Illustration CC 2022 (latest updated version for the fun retro technology mockup). And I love creating stuff like that a lot!

I have been working on both programs since high school while back in early 2000s when my art teacher recommended me to learn new art medium with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator on the Mac G3 before I got a work experience at SacBee, it was my first job there. Since you brought that up, I will be creating mockup products step-by-step for my YouTube channel and teach beginners how to work with both Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator CC.

With the retro AOL mockup designed, believe it or not? I designed a CD from scratch from ground built up, since I couldn't find a CD on Google, because it is impossible for me to remove and replace my mockup design to replace AOL on the CD (lol). So I designed a CD in Adobe Illustrator CC, then copy and paste it in Adobe Photoshop CC. So that's how I design a CD with Photoshop to make the CD artwork looks real as possible.

With the retro AOL web mockup, I used Adobe Photoshop to designed the templates and the layouts by using many layers and Art Board a lot. Most AOL icons, I used Adobe Illustrator to designs without take it from Google since those image are too blurry! So I rather design it with my own internet icons and symbols graphic image for using in Adobe Photoshop.

Anyway, since you asked -- from now on, I will be using OBS (Opening Broadcast Studio) screen recording to record my process and will post them on YouTube and post the link on here for you and @nomuffinsforyou, so you both can learns how to work with Photoshop and Illustrator for your designs on Fiverr! 😉

Well, of course no one want to waste the money to the shady sellers that trying to overcharge us for extra on revision. I would contact Fiverr C.S. for investigation make sure the seller isn't trying to scam me.

All my gigs, I only put no revision on the Basic, and Standard, but 3 revision on the Premium. But my buyers are always great to me and never asked for a revision. For now, I just pause all my gigs just for temporarily.

"If you send me messages containing your links and requests to buy your gigs, I will consider that spam and will report you". Exactly my thought, I have reported a few message from buyers to buy one of their gig which is I find it annoying. There's nothing to feel bad about report the message like that, because I also considered this as a spam. I also received 2 messages from buyer too from January with a PDF files with example of concept art they are looking for artist to create characters for their game. I didn't bother respond to the message after I looked up company via Google to see if this was legitimate or not, but I couldn't find any information about this company appears on the internet.
