I am writing to seek your help regarding an issue I am facing with my promoted gig feature on the platform. Yesterday, I was delighted to discover that my gig had been promoted after waiting for a few weeks. However, when I logged in today, I realized that the promoted gig feature had been deactivated.
I have not engaged in any activity that violates Fiverr's terms of service or community guidelines. I have been providing high-quality services to my clients and maintaining a good reputation on the platform. Therefore, I am puzzled as to why my promoted gig feature has been deactivated.
I would appreciate it if anyone in the Fiverr community has experienced a similar issue and can offer advice on how to rectify it. Additionally, if anyone has any suggestions as to why my promoted gig feature has been deactivated, I would be grateful for any insights.
