Yes @oyelekanstep873 like @uk1000 mentioned, you need 90% Positive Reviews in order to reply to Buyer Requests and unfortunately your ratings show 4.0 stars which is not allowing you to reply to buyer requests at this time.   4. Hey @oyelekanstep873 , Sorry that your facing some issue however what is the exact error you are getting, is it saying “Something went wrong?” when you try applying for a request or is it not displaying any requests under that category at the moment? Plz Clarify? 🤨

Thanks Everyone for all the lovely advise and tips, I just thought I’d post an update stating what happened… FIVERR Customer Service was kind enough to make sure the order was cancelled, although I lost out on the cash for this ORDER I was still happy that I didnt get any bad rating (From this client looking at the trend he was upto) However, I literally had no orders since 2 weeks and I am guessing it was only a result of the impact this cancellation had on my account stats (EVEN Though I still show 100% on everything) Well the good part is that its been more than 2 weeks now and Fortunately I have started receiving orders like before so seems like with all the awesome tips you lovely people gave me and all the support customer service gave me, I managed to get through this and maintain my stats and now back to business…THANKS AGAIN EVERYONE! 😇

  9. Fiverr uses a ticket system to tackle all queries via Fiverr Help Center. Their Customer Service usually answers asap, due to the recent pandemic they take upto 10 business days to respond but most of the tickets are resolved within 2-3 business days. Feel free to use their Customer Support Ticket System to raise an issue if you need to contact them, unfortunately they don’t have a direct phone number to call and talk to someone at Customer Support. You can use the Help & Support section on the footer of the website to create or view Tickets created with Fiverr. Additionally you can also view this:

  11. All you need to do is make sure SELLER mode is showing active, that is the only way ur GIGS will be displayed else you’ll see ur buyer profile on the app 🧐

So I have noticed this a lot of times so finally just thought I’d ask, not sure if anyone else faces this too… ❓ ⚠️ I have literally noticed so many times that Buyer Requests show a number of active requests (usually a little more than it actually displays) but lists another amount of requests. Sometimes it says 10 and shows me 2, sometimes it says 5 and displays 3, weird but I have been noticing this frequently. 🚫 In the example below it says ACTIVE (4) when it actually displays 3 - Unfortunately all 3 buyer requests are from the same person and all 3 are same requests so thats weird to me too.
