Okay so I've been having an issue with my response rate in the last two months. I was first brought down from a Level 2 seller, to a Lever 1 and now I'm a new seller, yay. After over two years of working on this platform. So I opened a ticket (which I find quite hard to open everytime I need to open one) and inquired about my issue.

Here is the response that I got. (See attachment).

So basically, I can never let the client be the last to message. I guess I'll have to start sending emoji's of thumbs and smiley faces just to the system doesn't pick up that I left a message "unanswered".

This is quite frustrating and I've never had this issue before. Not to mention that following up with a thumbs isn't my idea of professionalism but whatever...

Has anyone else had this issue and how do you feel about it?

    Thanks in advance!

Wow this sounds pretty weird to me!
this is completely odd to me to write anything after a certain situation i completed a project with client. for instance,

after done with everything, client message me:

client: Thanks for your great work!
me: Youre welcome. i would love to work with you again!
    have a great day!
    client: likewise! You too!

now tell me, what should i reply him? you want me to send a emoji for the sake of keeping my response rate up? 😂😂😂😂😂

come on! @fiverr . this is not how it works. please rework on this issue. i am also suffering with my inbox response rate. currently is 95% and i had not any clue whas was wrong until i see this thread.

  2. Yes, buyer request section has been withdrawn by the fiverr team frrom mobile apps but its still available if youre using fiverr website (attached an file) but i am afraid its available for all the sellers or not. however, you will receive job briefs from buyer based on your categories and skills that matched with your given gigs. you will discover more regarding this if you go through this article: Fiverr Help and Education Center

  3. I dont think its an issue to have multiple gigs under same category unless you're duplicating them without changing the context of the service youre offering through your gigs. make sure you are offering different services even if it's under same category or perhaps different sort of things which differentiate both the gigs from one another and youre fine to go.

  4. 1. Set a Goal

    2. focus on your skills and update it day by day.

    3. bid in daily basis but properly. share your gig but don't scam on social media.

    4. keep it going the right process at least 30 days in continuous basis.

    5. Spend time on forum and serach your topic in the forum serach box you will get lots of answers from the dcommunity people. i am sure you will get success soon.

i wish you all the best.

  5. That is kind of great news. literally in recent times, i noticed as well that, i am barely getting time to spend some on increasing my quality of my gig or you can say adding some more spices into my gigs to make it more engageable and reachable to my client and that is the exact reason seller plus could be a turning point for seller like us. i would love to join in seller plus if i could get a chance. couldn't ask more than that. Thanks a Bunch for that. 🙂

  6. Hello, I have recently become apart of fiverr. I am a U.S. seller, can someone help me fill out the W-9 please? I have filled out most of it but I am still partly confused about some things. Thank You in Advance.

CAN YOU SPECIFICALLY MENTION YOUR PROBLEM I MEAN WHERE YOU GOT STUCK? Thanks.

  7. Hey hope you’re doing well. Staying active is a positive thing for anybody and there’s a possibility to increase your response time and average response. So it doesn’t mean that you have to active for 24 hours to get more order. Yes you need to activate at least 12 to 13 hours on an average based on your GMT. You will get enough orders if your response rate is good enough. Because everybody is busy here, they want fast and sooner guy. So the fast youre the better you are. Hope it’s helps you.
