  1. When Fiverr is required under applicable laws, it will send a 1099 form at the end of the year to the applicable tax authorities. Currently, this applies to US-based sellers who earned at least $20,000 in that year and had at least 200 separate orders. Any transaction, including tips is counted toward the 200 transactions. An order and a tip are each seperate transatctions. Money earned. In certain circumstances, we may disclose the data in your W-9 form, with applicable US tax authorities, or as otherwise required by applicable law. None of this information will be displayed publicly on Fiverr. Please leave additional questions below. *For a definition of “US Person” please read more here: https://www.irs.gov/individuals/international-taxpayers/classification-of-taxpayers-for-us-tax-purposes 11065×475 12.1 KBHello I am a 17 year old seller, and I have no idea how to answer some of these questions (ex: asking for EIN employer identification number, individual proprietor, etc), could someone help me out? Also mjensen415 said that But I have earned barely $200-300 and completed under 10 orders, so should I be receiving this? Also I checked and fiverr says that anyone above 13 can become a seller. Please correct me if I’m wrong.
