  1. It’s not something that can be given to you. You have to be selected by Fiverr.
  2. It could be that the Promoted Gigs feature doesn’t yet allow the categories that your gigs are in, or you haven’t met the additional unstated quality metrics.
  3. It could be that the Promoted Gigs feature doesn’t yet allow the categories that your gigs are in, or you haven’t met the additional unstated quality metrics.
  4. As I stated in my earlier reply, the Promoted Gigs feature is only available to sellers that meet all of the criteria!
  5. This is a feature that’s available to a select number of sellers. You also have to meet the following criteria: *Be a Level 2 or TRS Seller *Have a gig in an eligible category *Have at least 30 reviews on your gig *The gig must have a rating of at least 4.7 stars *Meet certain quality metrics
  6. Gig ranking is done by an top-secret algorithm that Fiverr uses. Gigs in the search results are constantly rotating and there’s no way to get a certain spot. There have been a few theories such as seller level, order completions, ratings, etc. but none of these are proven to be true.
  7. No, it’s not guaranteed. Seller Success Plus will just help you optimize your gigs and make them better so that you can hopefully increase the chances of getting those special badges!
  8. This is a new feature that Fiverr has added. You basically loan money from them, and then you have to pay it back (and a little extra) from your earnings! In my opinion, it’s not a good feature because debt is never something good to have. You can find more info and other’s thoughts about the feature here: Can someone explain advance pay to me?
  9. I know that this has already been said, but I feel like it’s too important to ignore. Fiverr is literally giving advantages to people who are paying them. And those advantages are ones that are supposed to be earned by working hard.
  10. Hi there! Take a look at this post for some tips and info on how to get more orders: Answer to all the questions that sellers have
  11. Hi there! Those look really nice! Just a heads up, flyer design is a category with lots of competition, so it might take some time for you to establish yourself here, but good luck!
  12. The buyer has been banned from Fiverr, meaning their account is no longer exists, or they blocked you.
  13. That one person on the Forum who asks, “If I sneeze, will it lower my gig ranking?” Everybody else on the Forum: I’m not trying to call anybody out or be rude LOL, but I’ve just seen so many crazy questions like this 😂
  14. Hi! Your gig might need further review from the Fiverr team which is why it’s not showing up in the search results. Follow the steps in this post to see if your gig is active and visible in the search results: For everyone whose gigs aren’t showing up in the search reuslts
  15. Hi! This post might be helpful: Getting Through the Sales Slump - UPYOUR It’ll explain what to do when you suddenly stop getting orders and give you some more information on that topic! I hope that helps!
  16. Hi! I would suggest checking out this post for more information on why impressions don’t really matter: Answer to all the questions that sellers have However, if your clicks are also low, this post might be helpful with some good explanations: Why Your Impressions And Clicks Are Down
  17. The Geico commercials are probably my favorite because they’re always so funny!
  18. If you go to the profile tab, there should be a toggle that you can click to move from “seller mode” to “buyer mode”. If you have some screenshots of your pages, that would also be useful for us to see and help you!
  19. Did you check the spam folder in Fiverr to see if your message might have been there?
  20. Why did you open a request with Fiverr CS? Usually when your account gets restricted, they send you an email containing all of the details.
  21. Fiverr should have sent you an email regarding all the details for your restriction. You’re account will be put on trial for 90 days, and after that, they will decide whether to lift your ban or give you a permanent ban. During those 90 days, your account will be restricted. Just to let you know for future reference, it’s against the Fiverr TOS to ask the buyer about their review. I hope this helps!
  22. In the email that Fiverr sent you, it should say whether you’re on a temporary ban or a permanent ban. If it’s a permanent ban, there’s no way to get your account back because you are officially banned from Fiverr. If it’s a temporary ban, after a period of time (I believe it’s 90 days, but I’m not completely sure), you will receive your account back. I hope this helps!
  23. I’m at 6%, but it’s only been about 6 months since I joined Fiverr, so hopefully I’ll get a variety of buyers as time passes!
  24. Based on what I’ve read in the Forum, I believe that they randomly chose people to receive the Early Payout feature because it’s still in Beta!
  25. Please stop spreading false advice! As many others in the Forum have said before, there’s no need to be online 24/7 and it doesn’t have a proven impact on increasing your sales.
