  2. Be care when you received any zipped file/ compressed file. Today, I received this message from a buyer that come from a country that starts with “P”. Haha There are some red flags, from the way he writes. Why he asked me to open in PC ? Why I can’t preview PDF in my mobile? Then when I opened the Dropbox , and yep, there is a SCR file ( the malware ) disguise as PDF. I was hacked before by the same method , accidentally download the SCR file and the next day, all my account balance disappeared the next day. ( you can see my past forum, if you are interested , wink). And from then, I was particular cautious about compressed file. As fiverr is not able to scan them.
  3. Yes, there are a few things that will result in this. incomplete delivery, PayPal chargeback, faulty delivery, delivery is not as promised as what you listed in your gig. buyer contact fiverr support to cancel the order for whatsoever reason
  4. Logo design is one of the most saturated and competitive categories. As far as I can tell , buyer now will not purchase any logo design from new seller or with 0 star… sadly but that’s true. who will gamble their money if they can easily find a top rated , 500+ 5 stars reviews ? maybe you can change your gig , logo design is not for new comer anymore. As this logo market already “mature” and don’t need any new bloods

  6. Fiverr currently have a zoom button in your inbox and order page. Fiverr only allow the communication to be done in the zoom that Fiverr provides
  7. The deactivation of the watermark is for the gig portfolio, seller can choose to include fiverr watermark on their gif images) , it won’t affect the watermark in the order.
  8. Depends on what type of profile image, is it a stock image or copyright free. That seller can use it, but fiverr don’t recommended
  9. If the buyer didn’t review you , then you won’t get any review (star) But it’s the buyer choice to give your reviews , you can’t talk about and ask for it . Or you will get a warning letter
  10. You can only review the buyer AFTER the buyer submit the review about your service
  11. to cancel a “complete” order, buyer can either ask your their bank to do a chargeback and get the money back. Or contact Fiverr CS directly, telling that the order isn’t complete and the seller is scamming me. And the Fiverr CS have the right to cancel and refund any order within the 90days after completion.
  12. clam down . Once you deliver before the deadline, you can just ignore the BIG RED LATE. Not sure why FIverr want to scare us. hahaha

  14. If you didnt cancel within 3 days, the order will auto mark completed. Beware of the date
  15. Buyer is not allow to ask your cancellation for poor work, it’s in TOS. Can’t find it now. But dont accept the cancellation, just keep rejecting it. Although you may get a poor rating , but it’s your choice
  16. You need to be a level 2 or Top rated seller And the gig must have 30+ reviews to have this feature. This is not for new seller
  17. is your friend , a friend you meet on Fiverr. Or it’s your personal /real-life friend? I think he scared that communication outside of Fiverr is not allowed
