    Same here; even promoting is active, my Gigs all show as 0 impressions.

    Same issue here for near 3 weeks. Even I get more than 10 5-star reviews, I can’t promote any Gig, and all my gigs are not appearing on Fiverr search even most of them were on the first 1-2 pages.

    Try to talk to CS. It sometimes happens in the past to me, and CS was able to help me block the buyer, canceling the order but giving me my payment. You have to explain to them in detail what happens and also showing proof of your work.

    Most of my Gigs are having a video already. I also made some small changes to some of them but nothing change. I continue getting 5-star reviews, and they are still on the last pages. Any idea?

    Hi guys! 1 week ago, I can’t promote any of my Gigs. The status says: “Your Gigs cannot be promoted right now **we’ll notify you as soon as this changes.” On the same day, all my gigs are not visible on Fiverr search, even most of them were in the first 3 pages for a long time. I receive only 5-star reviews and didn’t get any cancellations during the last weeks. Anyone having the same issue? Thanks.

    The same happens to me 2 days ago! more than 1000 orders. All the last days 5 stars without any cancellations and ALL my gigs are not visible on the searches even they where on the first positions on the first page. Any idea what happens and what Fiverr change?
