  1. Do you know if we automatically get paid after the three days? Or do they have to rate it first? Not sure if payment is based on delivery or acceptance by buyer

    This is an old thread. But to give you an answer about your question.

    When I buyer marked your order as completed order.

    The 14 days pending clearance will start that same moment regardless whether the buyer left you a review or not. But if the order wasn’t marked as completed by the buyer.

    It will be automatically marked as completed after 3 days of your delivery. So you 14 days pending clearance will start after those 3 days of waiting for the order to be marked as completed order.

  2. He can download it absolutely, because the delivery was supposed to his project it just turned out he need modifications on it. So he will have all the delivered projects.

    But make sure it’s the revision was from the initial script or introductions of the project. If he proposed another changes which wasn’t on the first project.
    Then you can decline the revision until he agrees to pay extra charges because it wasn’t among the actual order.

    Whichever decision Trust and Safety Team decides. If they decide to set your account free, they will set it free for you and if they decide to suspend it permanently they will.

    As you said your account is under review now. Fiverr will let you know about conclusion regarding your account.

    Actually, fiverr gives three warnings and the third warning goes along with person’s account. But your account got only 2 warnings. So, you may get your account back when they’re done reviewing it and if they decide to hold it with them. They will let you know why.

  5. Actually, one of my client gave me 4.7 accidently and apologies me in fiverr inbox, she asked can i change i said contact fiver support, and i get 1st warning and yesterday now i got second warning 😦

    4.7 isn’t too bad. But still asking the buyer for such may make a client being pressurized for something they did unknowingly.

    You shouldn’t discuss anything regarding review/feedback with a client.

  6. Too bad! That shouldn’t have happened and you should have been more careful when you got your first warning from Trust and Safety Team.
    I hope your account should be available to you soon. And my advice to you is to stick to Fiverr’s TOS to avoid your account being permanently banned.

    And if you could tell others what process you took that led your account being under restriction so that other sellers can avoid it and for them not to fall into situations like this.

    Anyway, hope your account will be set free from restrictions soon.

    That’s a terrible way to look at things. Automatically assuming all buyers are out to get ya.

    The OP said the buyer left a gratuity. It means they were very happy with what they got.

    I stopped leaving reviews because of privacy reasons, not because I want to blackmail the seller.

    That’s true. But I’ve mentioned “SOME BUYERS” I know someone who went through such situations and my intention was to let the OP aware of such circumstances and I wasn’t intending to say the OP’s buyer’s intention was this.

    I just provided a hint, it’s not like I was thinking negatively about it. After all. Not leaving a review is better than worst review.
