  2. You get selected by Fiverr for your gig to be promoted. I got invited to activate promote gig by fiver 2 days back with the offer of receiving $10 when I joined but I haven’t made the decision of joining. You’ve to achieve level one, 2 and top rated seller with minimum of 4.7 rating and some other qualities to be choosen

  7. According to your own side of story. It’s really a bad situation. First screenshot of your post shows “Temporarily Banned” the mail you got from fiverr shows “Permanently Banned”. I don’t think fiverr will just banned you without any reason. Maybe you’ve posted a request which is not allowed (as their mail stated). So sorry about your experience 😥

  9. This is an old thread. But to give you an answer about your question. When I buyer marked your order as completed order. The 14 days pending clearance will start that same moment regardless whether the buyer left you a review or not. But if the order wasn’t marked as completed by the buyer. It will be automatically marked as completed after 3 days of your delivery. So you 14 days pending clearance will start after those 3 days of waiting for the order to be marked as completed order.

  11. I’m unclear about what is going on. Do you mean the video isn’t uploading or that it isn’t being approved by CS or something else? According to what I understood regarding his post. He was “Unable to add gig tags” the first page of creating gigs.
  12. A big NO! Don’t ask your buyer for a review/feedback/rating. In fact NEVER ask such. As it might land you in trouble.
  13. Those are types of images delivered which has longer heights measurement. Like vertical collage images as I’ve mentioned earlier.
  14. The moment you find buyers, that’s when you find orders. Find buyers first, then make them place order.
  15. Only one image will be displayed after the buyer has accepted the order, left a review and allowed the delivered images to be displayed on your portfolio. So only one image will be displayed because each delivery has its buyers review under it. So you can have multiple images and review on single order. So next time you want multiple images to be displayed, you can create a collage of the images and deliver while you can submit the full-resolution individual images via the order page without using the deliver button.
  16. I don’t think that’s a problem. I’ve been using my mobile hot-spot with different SIM cards and I didn’t face any issues. So maybe that’s not a problem at all.
  17. As @mariashtelle1 @graphtersawyer And others have given you some advices, explanation and encouragement not to give up. This happened to me and I was waiting to get demoted today. And finally I received the notification that I no longer meet the requirements to be a level one seller So I’m demoted. My story started when I got the level badge in November 15th. I had my first cancellation 2 days before I got promoted to level 1. Which decreased my Order completion rate from 100% to 92% but on the 15th since I met the requirements, I got promoted and a week later I got my second cancellation. Where my order completion rate fell down to 83% Since then I got some orders and completed them and each other I completed were measured as 1% each. How do you see that? And just 2 days back I’ve completed 2 order including the ones I completed last week which got me to 89% in total. Only 1% was left for me to get promoted and I’ve an order currently so hopefully I’m gonna get my level back in January 15th. So don’t bother yourself about it. When you know something is gonna happen, wait for it don’t panic be ready to face it. You’re once a “No level seller” demotion shouldn’t make feel you’ve lost everything. Well you got a new turn in your fiverr career. Let it be and move on.

They might ended up losing their accounts. When you get a warning, fiverr has nothing to do with your qualifications. Follow the rules and stay in, break the rules and see how fiverr will start issuing you with warnings. After that, your account, your gigs and your REVIEWS will be in fiverr’s trash-bin. Maybe you didn’t read my post entirely or you just ignored that part and was concerned about me quoting your studies or level of your studies. Maybe this was part of my post. Not something I edited and added it later.

  20. It took me more than 3 months to get an order on one of my gig. You’ll receive orders when a buyer is interested in buying your services.
  21. The OP mentioned asking the buyer for a review. And you suggested that “A reminder is acceptable” which is clearly NOT ACCEPTABLE. You have your own personal rules, fiverr has their own TOS rules. You’re using their platform so you should abide by their TOS when break any rules of the TOS fiverr will give you a warning and if warning isn’t just enough for your. They can easily kick your account out of their platform permanently. A buyer isn’t obliged to leave a review to sellers. When a buyer is busy they won’t even come and talk to you about the review or they’re busy so they will reach out to you and leave a review later. I’ve worked with some clients who never left any review and I didn’t ask for one. You can work for clients and deliver their work and they don’t even have time to check it until it’s marked as completed. Leaving a review has nothing to do with “Reference” as you mentioned. If a buyer want to refer his friend to your gig. You username is enough. If the client isn’t satisfied with your work they won’t refer you to anyone.
  22. As you’ve got your old account suspended. Creating another account will make fiverr delete the new account as well. Contact fiverr support they have the detail explanations regarding this.
  23. One doesn’t always get away with it. The best is to avoid it. If you want your account to get some quick warning that’s when you decide to remind buyers to leave review.
  24. If one is unlucky. One kind review reminding will lead to a kind warning from fiverr.
