  1. Progressive rock/metal mostly. I also do enjoy jazz and classical. Very occasionally, I'll also listen to more extreme metal genres or electronic music. Anyone who enjoys heavy/melodious combinations should def check out VOLA. They're my favorite band right now.
  2. Fiverr needs to allow buyers to cancel order without affecting the sellers' stats because things as you describe happen more often than we'd like to and it's not a good sign. Over the two years that I have been working with Fiverr, I have had buyers place orders for services that I do not provide, orders for work in another language, orders that go against my policies that I've described in my gig descriptions, and so on. A few times I have gotten the CS team to cancel such orders and I think they can do that without affecting the stats, but it's such a pain to go through CS every time something like this happens, not to mention the long wait times for a CS response once you've raised an issue.
  3. I don't think the amount of time you stay online makes any difference at all! But in general maybe half an our to an hour per day for me, if I had to make a guess.
  4. Juggling between playing Elden Ring when I'm on my console and Disco Elysium when I'm on my PC lol
  5. Talk to the CS team and explain them the issue. From the next time onwards, decline any such offers and avoid using any keywords that puts your comment under the radar. Also, make sure you report the client's message so that Fiverr's team can review that instead.
  6. FL Studio since the last 10 years. I remember I wanted to shift to reaper sometime ago but it's just so much hassle starting out again on another DAW especially since I already know the nooks and crannies of this one.
  7. Like many have pointed out, if you have given the service that was intended and asked by the buyer, please do not be handing out refunds. You will be undermining not only your own efforts, but you will also be encouraging such people to go around scamming more sellers this way. Do not be afraid of a few bad reviews, every successful seller will have them. I have a few, and yet I still have a 5-star on my profile because of the work that I did for many others who have appreciated it. Take pride in your work and do not bend your terms. Bad reviews from such clients can very easily be buried if you are not regularly messing up your orders by yourself. Also, try to verify your clients as much as possible before accepting order. I take in orders mostly through custom offers, so I’m not sure how much you can control that aspect if you take in orders through the order page, but you can try maybe.
