  1. Just for context I'm a level 2 seller and had delivered over 200+ orders. Right now I'm stucked with a worst client I ever worked with in last 2-3 years of my journey. The project should have been finished in 5 days but today is 23rd day and I'm making changes and doing something which wasn't asked for before ordering the gig. I don't want to cancel and lose on money after working on project for so many days but client ain't got any chill. Client says she doesn't consider these edits as revisions and should be done just because she paid for it. These changes include turning the project upside down just because she doesn't like the aesthetics. I kinda feel getting bullied. Please do suggest what should be done.
  2. Would love to hear your take on that. Onsite promoted gigs seems to be a little off to me. Don’t know how but they won’t boost much even after getting orders from regulars. Giving a seller a bit more control and detailed dashboard would have helped I guess.
  3. That really makes sense. Algos optimizing to make as much revenue for the platform. I must say a lot goes behind the curtains. Filled a survey a few days back about the Offsite promotion of gigs, it will definitely be going to boost the platform and sellers. Considering the offsite ads going niche down the services will help surely help in conversion in the long run. Let’s see when they are going to roll out this.
  4. Thanks @frank_d for sharing your observations. I can totally agree on the part some big changes are done in Algos. Many sellers reported gig impression falling and something similar happened to one of my gigs. Diversifying through tags is something that can surely help to target a bigger audience(I guess), also something also these lines came up while discussing recently with the Success manager. One of my assumptions is that Sellers offering higher ticket gigs in the category and with a good track record are going to get boosted. What’s your opinion on this? @frank_d
  5. This update was much needed. Can Fiverr reduce the no. of days of accepting the milestone or asking for revisions(8 days are a lot more than needed)? @mjensen415
  6. I haven’t got the chance to try Payoneer. If you do please don’t forget to share your experience.
  7. Registered and booked the call. Super excited:)
  8. That’s great. Would love to give this a shot.
  9. Can you please tell payment conversion rate is it current market rate or is it different? Like in PayPal conversion rate are below than actual rate.
  10. Yes as far as I know, read about all these on forum itself.
  11. Yeah it’s going to effect you either way. But on accepting a bad review you would get paid for investing you time in work. You can hit reject as many as times you want. CS won’t cancel for him as he is claiming poor quality of work. It happened with me too. But after a month the Buyer raised a chargeback dispute with PayPal and Fiverr has to cancel the order. Some buyers do like this to get free work. That’s why Fiverr suggest using a Watermark to prevent sellers from SCAMS
  12. Cancelling the order reduces order completion rate and it do effects in ranking. And getting a bad review is too dangerous if you don’t have many positive reviews on your gig. Discuss with buyer and try to solve his problem.
  13. Yes as it was activated earlier. No need to worry for my all orders I use watermarks. These are available to protect seller from malpractices. And it will be gone once your buyer accepts the delivery.
  14. Once the buyer accepts the delivery watermarks are removed from the delivered project. And as you had turned off watermark now it won’t be there in the next deliveries.
