[Security On Fiverr]

I think many people faced that their money disappeared from their account. Its time to secure the platform by adding extra layer of security on payment withdrawal. There are few ways it can be done:
1. When a user add a payment method fiverr will take 3 days to approve ( In the meantime fiverr will verify the details to make sure the payment details and fiverr details are same)

2. Fiveer can add a button only withdraw to my payoneer/paypal account
3. If a new payment method added fiver should take time and notify the account holder before approving it. And fiverr should take at least 3 days to approve.

4. Add two step verification while withdraw.

Also For Standard license purchases, you will receive a 20% revenue share of each PF (pricing factor) or Extra (after the fees).

Shutterstock feature is here to offer you access to a library full of images, video footage, and music. You will be able to offer these licensed items to the buyers via your gig's extra or under gig packages and if the buyer purchases it, you will be able to use it to implement it into the buyer's order.

[Order Resolution Center -> Reduce Order Price Request]

In few cases, when a client wants to cancel the order, they want to make a partial payment. Like if the client wants to pay 100$ rather than 200$ for the actual order price. In this situation, most of the sellers don't have any option in their hands to give the buyer a partial refund. There is a way to create another order, but there is too much hassle. Also, a seller will never generate another order knowing the client will leave bad feedback. In this case, When a buyer initiates to cancel the order, and then clients and the seller comes to a negotiation that the seller will refund 40 or 50% of the money, then Fiverr, client, and seller all will be happy. And there will be a win-win situation for all the parties involved. After the partial refund, that order can be canceled by mutual agreement.( There should not be any opportunity to leave feedback to one another in a partially refunded order as the order will be canceled afterward.) I don't think there will be any financial nightmare for any parties. There are so many platforms have this feature I don't think  those companies in a financial nightmare.

When a buyer sign up on fiverr they dont know that communication outside of fiverr is not allowed. So as a seller its your responsibility to educate your client. If any client give you any contact information never try to communicate outside the platform tell them that according to fiverr terms of use all the communication and transaction must go through fiverr. Also suggest them to download the fiverr app to get the message notification on time.

No it will not affect your ranking. But if you change the title your gig will move according to your title. Please note that changing gig description, pricing delivery time wont affect your gig ranking!

I completely understand your situation because I have experienced the same. So there are few things you need to keep in mind:

1. If you go for vacation mood for more that 3-4 weeks your gig ranking will be affected and it will be hard for you to start again. 

2. If you increase the delivery date for a long period of time you will not get any order and fiverr system will gradually forget your existence and the result is demotion of gig rankings. 

 

So as I am a university student also, what I did that I have increased my gig price significantly 3 times more than my actual price and made the delivery time slightly like 3 days to 7 days. So, what happened I got message from buyers and keep replying them that if you want to order I will need that much time to complete the order. And if someone order directly I did my best to deliver on time during my exams, as a result I gave a reminder to fiverr that yes I am active and communicating with my clients so fiverr system don't forget my existence.  So the best suggestion is increase your gig price and delivery time and if you get any client you can work with them. Managing 3-5 clients in a month wont affect your study in addition you will earn three times more than your usual earnings.

Everyone has a different opinion on this but what I think is that editing gigs don't affect ranking. Over the years I have changed my gigs maybe 100 times like gig Tag, description, and FAQ. And what I do most is change my gig price frequently depending on my availability. But in some cases depending on what you are editing may change your gig location. As an example: If your gig says, "I will do minimal logo design" now you have changed the title to, "I will vectorize your logo". So you have changed the entire category and the main subject so it's natural it will show on the other search result and it will take time to rank!

Fiverr algorithm monitors the activity of a gig. If a gig doesn't get any order or is inactive for a month fiverr algorithm starts forgetting those gigs and the result is a low impression. So it's important to give a continuous reminder to the system.

Educating a buyer is a vital part of being a successful seller. When a buyer create an account on fiverr they barely knows the fiverr TOS. Be polite and take some time to make them understand that how fiverr works, what is legible and what is prohibited. Ask them to use fiverr attachment option to upload a file. Or if the file is not shareable via fiverr chat find a way which is legible. But never do something what is prohibited.

Make sure you have created a professional gig which is aligned with fiverr gig policy. Show what you are able to do. Upload best example of your works. And send as much buyer request as possible.

I understand your concern and I have provided remittance certificate. But they were not convinced. They want to know what is the source and i have shown the fiver profile. But they clearly said, " they need authorized earning certification from the company". As its a long way Fiverr>Payoneer> Banks Asia> Personal Bank so raising too many irrelevant question make sense.

Recently i am facing many problem regarding my earning source. I have recently questioned by our government many times and it was a very embarrassing situation. I also opened a ticket and ask the authority to provide me a earning certification and the process seems too long. It has been 15 days and its still processing. It would be very helpful if we can download our earning certificate easily to avoid all these hassles. 

Fiverr should introduce a Download button for the "certification of earning".

Yes its possible in certain circumstance. If you are a logo designer you just cant design a logo from another seller and deliver that logo to your clients. What you can do is suppose your are making a flyer and the client dont have any vector or high res logo you can buy from a logo expert to remake their logo.
