  1. Buyer can open dispute at any time in the future forever. If you offer unlimited revisions, if you offer money back guarantee if you offer free lifetime support, if you deliver something that was not as per your gig description, if you failed to deliver complete order, buyer will get his money back. If you deliver as per gig description, if you keep order communication clean fluent and précised, if you make your mandatory requirements clean, if you deliver properly you can fight back and keep your money. But, yes buyer can accept delivery and return at any time and ask for revision of refund. in that case it depends on your gig settings, but you usually offer revision under fee, or refund if he provides evidence you did not deliver as per description.
  2. I just want to note since I monitor Graphic design Logo section from 01.01.2021. and the average here is different from reality of daily average. Daily you have around 400-800 new GIGs in logo design but at the same time 300-500 gets removed daily. The number of Leveled sellers is also changing by 10-100 daily (losing level).
  3. If I had no idea can seller actually deliver him/her not willing or having some random sample of previous work is too much of a risk. Yes, your buyers are happy, but what about 100 other buyers that did not find you but scammers who also refused to show samples of past work just because they have none. If Fiverr had a better vetting system and your skills and delivery is verified as good quality, that would be a different case. But since Fiverr has no vetting and anyone can come and sell anything…
  4. I think the program is too early to tell is it going to be effective or not. It will all come down to sales. I consider 19$ a month investment. If the investment brings me more or the same income I had in February I would consider that mild success. If the income goes over the income of February by 30% and higher I would call that fabulous. But as in any investment, it will take 2-4 months to see the actual results. So far everything is “promises”.
  5. I resent the lack of information about the event prior the event asking to access camera, mic from some new website plus connecting me with another random seller, for what, to do what? What if I was connected with seller I do not want to see or communicate with? Could you see the seller before connection and block the seller without him knowing? Is the plan to make me team up with writter to do drawings for him in case his clients need it and me send writing jobs to him when my client’s ask for content? What if he always gets asked for design and sends them to me and I never get writing questions or demand? What happened on last Tinder blinddate, ups, webinar?
  6. Not only that they will last, they will last and be extremely successful and profitable. I started as buyer 2017 and wasted 400$ on designers and other orders where seller delivered garbage or nothing. When I asked for refund, someone was dying, daughter, father, planet Earth, I need please good review please, but it was phrased in such way that you really do not want to be bothered by 5$ refund. And that is what they do. Some have skills and deliver good thing for 5$ but 5$ can go long way in some countries, and some have no skills but after client gets nothing it usually plays on their emotional side and do not want to be bothered with customer support and refund, “lets just call it donation”, and last one, client who gets garbage but has no idea how good thing suppose to look like so he is happy and leaves 5*. 5$ composers? Yes. For a client with 5$ budget they are perfect for each other. Exactly. Fiverr is set to reward those with sales and reviews and how to get those? I kept my prices realistic so it took me longer to reach Level two in the most oversaturated categories. Design, logo, brand identity… to do that for 5-50$ is just ridiculous. So pick - 1 order of 500$ in 8 months or 100 orders for 5$ in the same time? 100 would help you level up and rank, but …
  7. Now the rest of us have no choice but to be copycats. We all want this 😃 I sent my CV, my skills set, and how I started selling on Fiverr and what did I do so far with my GIGs and promotions in my first email towards my SM.
  8. It is 200 per city block 😃 I think it is still just 200 as much as it sounds like many got the invite, only 186 people participated in this topic so if we count that as a scale, there is still room for 14 people. It is just “looking” odd that X got it yesterday and then a whole bunch of us got it today at the same time.
  9. Did you try different browser, login in out?
  10. Refresh, clear cache and refresh again.
  11. @melanielm Have you tried explaining this to your Seller Plus Manager? As soon as I signed up I got an email from him. I responded by asking if the month I paid for would start on the day of my video conference with him. My manager responded quickly, and moved my video meeting up a week. He also took a look at my profile and gigs and gave me two or three strategies to start working on. Now that I have them completed I plan to ask him more questions via the email he sent me. I think the program could work for you via email only if Zoom meetings are something that are unaccessible to you. Plus, maybe you will find out there are captioned videos. @vibronx @vickiespencer @visualstudios @melissaharlowvo Say what you want to say about Fiverr and their sales pitch of a new idea 😃 The fact I did not get an invite made me want to get invite so bad… We never grow up, do we? I just got an invite!!! I did not even blink and I was already Yes Yes confirm green yes yes. LOL I am one of you now. Thank you!! Quoting this just for me so I can find it easy, I was looking at the starting date of subscription, today or the first meeting. Also, I did not have a choice for sales manager, persons listed were: a) writer b) designer c) web d) musician So naturally I can only go with designer. And I also asked when is the subscription starting date, today or the first meeting.
  12. Is this a joke? Are you being serious? Covid 2019 started 14 months ago. There is no average price on Fiverr. Price is set up as per what you want to receive for your work. If you want to work for 5 you put 5, if you want to work of 5000 you put 5000. Did you read the TOS? Did you watch and read HELP section for new sellers? Seller Videos on Vimeo
  13. This is from the link to the Fiverr Help and Education Center article that @mjensen415 posted above. In the FAQs of the Seller Plus program it says: How can I join the Seller Plus Program? As the program is invite-only, it is only accessible to you once you have received your personal invitation to participate in Seller Plus. There is a limit to the number of Sellers that can join the program so if you did receive an invite and then are notified that the program is full, we will be sure to let you know as soon as an opening becomes available. Therefore, just because a seller expresses an interest here, it does not mean they will be invited to be a part of the Seller Success Program. Yes, that is what I am saying. The entire topic could be skipped and postponed until it is open to the public. Or that sentence to be included in the first post. Something in line: “We have something new, but only for the selected invited. How we picked them is inside information we can not disclose.” plus delete that “if you are interested message reply here”. Since no one (or?) who replied here got an invite because of the reply here. New level TRS+ 😃
  14. And this is where the numbers just do not add up. Only 158 users participated in this topic. So we are still under 200 that suppose to receive an invite and discount. Youtube video has 53 views. Where did they get that extra demand that is preventing me from getting invite? If you got an invite without this topic and 90% of sellers is not going to get invited is in it better to just keep things for themselvs? They added this to the Help section and TOS and the chances of someone finding that and reading it and asking about it is 0.0001% so they could just run the program, send invites to 200 people they preselected and move on with life.
  15. I can assure you I had no idea this was coming. I was aware Fiverr intended to create a subscription for sellers but that was because of a questionnaire I got a year ago. But other than that, no one from Fiverr told me this was coming officially or how it was shaped, or when they were going to roll out. I am only selectively informed about coming features if they need my feedback because it has to do with my vertical or if they want me involved in the project somehow. This also changes very little as to how I view the gig creation process to be honest. And finally: yes, I am already enrolled, selected my SM of choice and all. P.S. A note to everyone: please @ me when you are mentioning me so I can respond! 🙂 *Post edit: Ups… here @frank_d * I guessed they will at least give you a heads up giving you have been preparing for webinar for so long and as you said it will give your “tips and tricks” how to upgrade GIG and how to approach indecisive clients and turn them in to buyers. So basically what you are going to offer on webinar is you being SM for all of us. It just made sense to include you in the program but i guess they did that by giving you the invite first. But just to be clear, you and Vickie and someone else perhaps (still unknown) you all got invite after you said you were interested here, nothing else was needed? I am still puzzled about how is the invite selection being made and what are the parameters for invite. That was my original comment where I miss-tag you, was it necessary that we use some exact words in reply, like “Sign me up”? - this is rhetorical since obviously you do not know about how they are selecting, but just wondering what can we do to get invite now? Nothing? Or contact CS? What is the process? If the invite is manual then offering 200 discounts seems quite a task for legal team to justify that. Discount can not be something they hide from general public, if they offer discount they also must present the terms and conditions that apply how and who gets invite and discount. Why did they pick you (not why as in WHY, but why as in are they using you because they know you can bounce back easily if the system flops), does it have to do with your involvement in community, activity on forum… etc etc…
  16. I think Frank D said he did. I thought I read somewhere up there that it was for level 2 and TRS sellers. It is not the first 200 to say they are interested; it is the first 200 who get invites and sign up. FrankD is having webinar so I presume he knew about this as it was being developed so he can give feedback and prepare better for the webinar since it changes how you approach GIG design. Nothing wrong with that but then I wish the sentence in first post was “If you are Level 2 and TRS you might get and invite and first 200 get discount” and never indicate that replying to post will have anything with the program invite. I am Level 2 and did not get invite. This is manually selected and participation in this topic is just chatting about new feature. I am glad you got the invite and seeing the benefits. What basically that means they are handpicking who is getting /being offered the discount.
  17. How did you get it already? It was suppose to be offered to anyone who replied here? Or am I missing something? EDIT: I was not here and it has 100 post from my last visit, I am reading them now. if you already answered sorry. EDIT #2: So, I read everything but I still do not understand on what grounds is this being selected (the first 200). The OP “If you’re interested in being invited, leave a message below. Doing so does not constitute a sign up and you’ll still have to go through the process.” I read this as all 200 unique people who responded here will receive invite and then it will be an option to go through the process or not. Did anyone else here who replied to the original post get an invite except Vickie? At this moment post still has only 150 unique individuals in reply.
  18. The OP post indicates leaving message on the topic is enough, but just to be on the safe side: I am interested, sign me up. (You will never know how much I struggled not to write “Beam me up”)
  19. I think Fiverr is making some BIG steps and this is just the beginning HCM Technology Report – 17 Feb 21 Fiverr Reveals New Platform Focused on Corporate Clients - HCM Technology ReportFiverr said its new site will serve changing needs in the creative industry, and signals a move into the marketing business. Est. reading time: 2 minutes
  20. Hello. Sorry for miss tagging you there, and yes I read that but I clicked reply and half was deleted. but it makes no sense. The TOS of the system is invites only, but how is that fair to everyone on the platform if an invite is initiated on the forum? We know that there are millions of Fiverr users from 0 to PRO that never visit the forum. So this is invite-only and active forum users only. Also, this was posted 6h ago. Even if you are on the forum and active you have to stop everything, read all the TOS of this new service, and then reply here. Jumping in fire just because someone promised there are diamonds inside is … So basically I should type “Sign me up” first, and then check all the details later. What if this is bad for you and your profile? What if you get benefits only for the duration of your participation in the system and if you sign up they “kill” your profile? There is like 1000 question marks here, starting from being paid to be Rising talent.
  21. How can I join the Seller Plus Program? As the program is invite-only, it is only accessible to you once you have received your personal invitation to participate in Seller Plus. There is a limit to the number of Sellers that can join the program so if you did receive an invite and then are notified that the program is full, we will be sure to let you know as soon as an opening becomes available. I do not get why people say “sign me up” when it is invite only. My question is a penalty. That is all I care about. I want to use promoted but what if it doesn’t work out for me and I stop using it and I get a penalty? What if I use this Plus (If I get invite) and after 1-12 months decide not to be part of it, what is the penalty to the account?
  22. I do not mean to be intrusive here, but why did you keep your old images, I presumed you use them when you started working on Fiverr, but now you have some original work, why do you keep images from freepik and alamy in your portfolio? You could have your gigs taken down if the new system that is announced here detects your images are not original. Are your client aware you are using mashup of Freepik images in your delivery?
  23. Hello. Fees on tip are there because a lot of people are frauds and will utilize the no fee tips to get more money. Same thing you see on Wish and other sites where the product is FREE and shipping is 10$ or 50$. When all humans stop being corrupted; each and every single one of them; conducting business, payments, invoices, fees and tips will be much different. Can you name 20 people from top of your head that you know, your friends or acquaintance, that after they get Ebay or Amazon product late (after they got refund) then they contact seller and pay him? Because it is not sellers fault shipping is delayed. Do you keep the money and the product? It can’t be resolved. It is human nature.
  24. It depends on your nationality and culture mostly. As I understand people in US are living with concept of receiving salary plus tip for their work. In my country concept of tip doesn’t exist. You have your contract and salary is written there. If you do not like your salary you resign, but there is no tip. In restaurants if the food is 10$ you pay 10$ and that is it. Cook, waiter, they all get salary for their work. Regarding fee, it is the fee to use site. They could consider having monthly subscription so then there is no fee per sale but only once a month.
  25. Yep. I got 3 cancelations and I went down to 90%. But not on orders made trying to trick me to do more for less. i had 6 cancelations and CS did not include them in statistics.
