  1. Well there is not much you can do if you already updated the gig image, title etc.. Just be patient and active, maybe send a few buyer requests.. 🙂 Maybe if you have some projects outside of Fiverr, try bringing the clients to work through Fiverr.. This at least helped me to gain a few reviews which are crucial especially when you just starting.. With all that said, even the high level sellers have 'dry seasons' so I would suggest you set up some more income streams if you're serious about freelancing.. 🙂
  2. I just started working all of a sudden, I will try to clear the cache if it happens again.. But the weird thing is that the client also said he had the same issue..
  3. Hi, So it just happened to me that I can't see any messages in my inbox. You can see in the image attached that I have messages from client but when I open the chat I can't see anything.. I also see the notification on my phone but I can't reply because the same issue is in the app? This is the first time something like this happened? I know I should report to the support team but it will take 5 days to get a reply...
  4. Hi, So 3 days ago I recieved the option to promote my gig, and since Fiverr gave me 10$ free credit for start, I decided to give it a try. But ever since I activated my gig promotion I noticed hude drop in messages and orders. In fact I haven't recieved a single message or order since I activated this option. Before that I used to get 2-3 new messages and at least one order per day. It could be coincidence but I doubt it and I regret ever using that option.. So my question is, what should I do now? And is this some kid of bug?
