    This is the response I had from Fiverr so I’m still none the wider!

    Maybe I’ve misunderstood it but the limitation on liabilities section seems to refer to Fiverr itself rather than sellers? Additionally they say: Sellers are responsible for obtaining a general liability insurance policy with coverage amounts that are sufficient to cover all risks associated with the performance of their services.

    UK sellers - what are you doing about insurance? I’ve been updating my PLI and PII to include Fiverr and the insurer has asked what jurisdiction the Fiverr contract falls under?
