Some orders were delivered, but buyers are still not responding, they think work is done, no need to do anything, so sad when buyers are not responding and never approve delivery and never share their ratings.

From last 20  days, some times my gig is showing in the front page, sometimes I am not seeing my gig in the search, what is doing with my gig, I don't know, whats wrong going with me,

If anyone know about this issue please let me know

Hi there, 

I hope everyone is doing great by using Fiverr, Suddenly I am very much confused about my gig ranking, I have done a lot of job in Fiverr, I don't do any job outside of Fiverr, Also I  am not using any other platform, for this I need to maintain my better ranking of bookkeeping gig  and goodwill, Last month i got 1 or 2 buyer, they were dishonest, they came to me and pressurized me for doing a lot of work and i did that for the buyer satisfaction, but that guy gave very cheap review by taking a lot quality work,

after 10 or 15 days my gig gone from search engine, I am not getting my gig in every single search, 

i don't know where is my fault? if i do 10 or 15 jobs in a month 1 or 2 can dishonest, for this how can i punished, i contacted customer support, but still my gig is not display in the search "bookkeeping"

if here any guy can help me to get ranking again by your opinion or suggestion
