  1. I don't think the Fiverr Plus service will stay around for too long, it provides quite a significant amount of details which may be infringing the customer's private information.
  2. I did that once, it worked great. Customer did not know such application existed, was really really happy to install it
  3. I never bother asking them for feedback, I am very narcissistic and proud of my designs. I provide the highest quality even at the lowest price. I reply to customers faster than I reply to my own girlfriend, but I never text first. I never complain if the customer needs 10 revisions or 1, we just agree together that for revisions, I start to charge per hour. That way we get the revisions done way faster and much more efficiently. I provide all orders with high-quality 4k renders, and full production technical drawings, all of that, quality checked. Each customer gets their own individual Commercial License Agreement to reiterate their ownership rights to the product. This technique always brings me 5 star reviews
  4. I have a 10 000 word, 20 page terms and conditions before purchasing my gigs, if I sense that a customer is going to be tricky, from the first conversation, I politely introduce the document to them, that really quickly filters out the abusers, mostly they will stop replying at all. 2 days later I block them. I am very strict with who I work with, I produce high quality for customers who are looking for it and have a genuine interest in the product.
  5. I have a similar situation. I deliver the work, the customer takes 3 days to respond, then requests a revision. I ask more questions to make sure the revision is as perfect as possible. Customer doesn't respond for another 3 days, so I do as he asked, then he reponds after 3 days asking for another revision. So I did my final submission, now he is not responding at all, I just hope that the order gets automatically accepted by fiverr and the customer forgets about the situation. I'll block him in 2 weeks time. If he asks for more revision. I'm just going to cancel the order, we won't reach an agreement like this.
  6. Watch some YouTube videos about tips and advice
  7. Hi, I've started off on Fiverr with doing 3D Modeling and Graphical Representation. I listed all my gigs as low as possible to ramp up some easy 5 star reviews. And that part worked quite well for me. Now I am getting slowly to a stage where I am looking to increase the price of my service and with that the level of professionalism and delivery. I am also working towards getting my first certification on the current software I use, (thanks Udemy!). I would like to ask you for your opinion on how you price your 3D gigs. I watched some random YouTube video that explained the price in a couple of steps. They explained that each service price should consist of: -Flat Rate (Price for files, consultation, packing etc.) -Reach Rate (The bigger audience, the bigger price. Example: small shop charge less than for a large event) -Modeling Rate (Price per hour for modeling) -Technical Drawings Rate (price per hour for tech drawings) -Image Rendering Rate (price per hour for renders) -Revision Rate (price per hour for adjustments) -Discount rate (discounts for returning customers and random discounts for customers, because lets be honest. Even though the price might be high, everyone feels better if you have a 10 or 15% discount applied
  8. Something you should discuss with your client. Perhaps animation could mean including an animation rig.
  9. I found that it can take up to a couple of hours before they sync up before. At the end of the day, your gig stats should be identical between your pc and your phone.
  10. Unfortunately buyers don't care about their account reputation, buyer accounts are usually worthless. It's the sellers that have to preserve them and take good care of their reputation. However, I would be very annoyed if someone orders my 3D product gig, and says they need an audio recording.
  11. Sometimes I am able to find my gigs, sometimes I cannot. It should not be any concern as long as you keep getting impressions. Your internet router probably has a dynamic address IP. So one day your address IP could be very suitable for finding your gig the other day not. If your gig name is unique enough, you could try directly searching your gig name and it should be there on some page.
  12. Correction, such a feature is already available through zoom collaboration. My bad I did not research that. So therefore I see no reasons to leave Fiverr chat.
  13. Stay on Fiverr chat for as long as it is possible. Fiverr should include a voice chat if the required service is something like coaching or life advice. Maybe have the conversations record so that the buyer could go back and look over the service he got.
