  2. I just want to note since I monitor Graphic design Logo section from 01.01.2021. and the average here is different from reality of daily average. Daily you have around 400-800 new GIGs in logo design but at the same time 300-500 gets removed daily.

    The number of Leveled sellers is also changing by 10-100 daily (losing level).

    That´s likely correct. The information “New services daily” actually means average daily change of number of services.

    I found some interesting information there, eg. 25% of proofreading offers come from Pakistan sellers. That´s 5.500 services.

    I can´t imagine how messy the marketplace could be for buyers sometimes.

    • more than 2 Mio services available as of today
    • 2.000 new services available daily
    • 16% more services available since October 2020
    • Pakistan is top country in terms of number of available services according to seller’s location

    Should you have gotten CS approval, you may want to contact CS and explain to them this case.

    It’s also possible that you misunderstood what CS wrote you in reply.

    By the way, why do you need Buyer’s ■■■■■ address for your service?

  5. I consider all three metrics (means communication, service as described and recommendation) separately in calc if this is what you mean.

    If you take the overall figure for those (eg. average them) I think that might give a more accurate rough figure.

    But what I meant was, if a seller asked the same question again and they had a lot of gigs with ratings and thousands of reviews, the only way I can see to give a totally accurate figure for the minimum additional 5 star reviews would be to press “more” a lot of times on the profile to be able to see all the actual ratings (which could take ages with many ratings). So I was wondering if you were basing it off something easier to calculate (but overall total based off those 3 overall avg figures might give a close enough result if it’s any better than just taking the seller average rating (1 figure - and the number of current rates), though I think it won’t be always be totally accurate).

    No, nothing easier worked for me. 🙂

    I use as much available data as possible to get mathematically correct result.

    With your function do you need to press “more” enough times to see all the exact figures (or if it was based on the gigs I suppose it could be based on the the totals for each numbers of stars, but they’re shown rounded to whole numbers, whereas they could be eg. 3.7)?     Yes but knowing how many more could still give the seller more info/let them know roughly when it could get back to 5 (or when it could get back to 4.5 if that’s needed for sending offers to buyer requests).

    Maybe Fiverr could add an option to see how many more would be needed (the minimum if each new one was 5 stars) or maybe it could be done as a browser extension if that’s possible.

    I partially agree. It could let seller know how many orders are needed but those orders may come in a week or in a year or never. That´s why I think it does not make too much difference between knowing it or not.

    I have been getting 5.0 ratings for every order that I have completed by putting in extra effort to make my customers happy.

    However, today I got one 3.7 star rating that led to my overall rating to go from 5.0 to 4.9.

    So, I wanted to ask that will be possible to ever get back to 5.0 and how long will it take?

    As others have already said, it is possible.

    I have created function to find it out for myself. And then I realized it was just a waste of time because the only thing that matters is to focus and deliver the next order as best as I can to deserve 5. It works.🙂

    There are 60 rows showing well known 60 days period.

    There are columns where T means today, T+1 means tomorrow, T+2 day after tomorrow etc.

    The numbers inside the matrix show the orders.
    1 means 1 order completed on time, 0 means 1 order not completed on time…
    Delivery on Time (%) is calculated as sum of 60 rows / divided by count of the orders of 60 rows.

    As time changes the Delivery on Time metrics changes.

    In this example I would be at 67% today, in 3 days i would be at 71% because I would deliver new order on time, on day T+11 I would be at 83% because one order that was not delivered on time has gone from calculation (resp. from 60 days period) etc…

    It would be a big surprise on day T+52 because of drop to 67% but even bigger surprise on day T+53 when I would be at 100% again. Huray! (P.S. many users would likely consider it as a bug or something, saying something is wrong, I do not understand,… but we know that it works exactly how it is supposed to work 😉)

  10. Interesting. Didn’t know same three countries were so popular in many categories. Perhaps Fiverr has done most advertising in those countries or it’s just more popular to be a freelancer there. :thinking:

    But I also noticed that Bangladeshi government actively promoted freelancing in their country offering different events, workshops, courses etc…

  11. So, there was a category split about 2-3 weeks ago, and was wondering how you deal with sub-subcategories, as the numbers don’t total the whole.

    As for the enormous number discrepancy from your list, I’m guessing a lot of gigs were removed for “Your gig need updating” reasons.

    I got different picture for Proofreading & Editing subcategory here. Sorted by Recommended.

    It does not make too much sense to try updating the list.

    The number of services changes every day. Gig’s are deleted, created, recategorised, updated etc…

    New subcategories are introduced

    I created out of curiosity just one update on Nov 11th, 2020 for all services but it is not possible to compare 100% as some Gigs were regrouped in Subcategories…

    I know I have available balance on my account… but 3 months passed in 11/3/2020. Still they didnt send me any payment withdraw link. Even they restricted to talk from that sign in mail. What a rude attitude.

    I think Fiverr need to be more flexiable and before banning account they should warn first. Seems it’s modern slavery system. Seems few thousands saves working here. They disabled me two time without warning. At least they should let me know the specific issues why banned!

    Anyway, Hope the support team will help me as soon as possible to withdraw fund with sending the link.

    How many accounts did you run in parallel on Fiverr? Do you know that creating multiple accounts is ToS violation? Fiverr do not need to warn you.
