    This step ruins the buyer's experience because no seller would willingly cancel an order, knowing they will receive a one-star rating regardless. Furthermore, this also results in a loss of the buyer's money.

    In such a scenario, if I have delivered a product that the client does not like and I am unwilling to provide additional revisions without extra payment, and the client also refuses to add more money, and I do not want to cancel the order due to the inevitable one-star rating, what action will Fiverr support take? Will they cancel the order? It is evident that the client is at fault for not agreeing to pay for revisions to achieve a satisfactory delivery. In such cases, the order should be considered completed, and the buyer should bear the loss in an unsatisfactory delivery.

    If an order is canceled, it implies that no delivery has taken place. In that case, what exactly constitutes an unsatisfactory delivery? For instance, if I cancel an order because the client keeps requesting revisions and lacks a proper roadmap for the product, would it be considered an unsatisfactory delivery? Technically, I haven't delivered any product, and the delivery is still within the timeframe. So, what exactly is defined as an unsatisfactory delivery?

  3. Buyers may cancel orders either due to dissatisfaction with the received product or to protect our ratings. However, even if we cancel the order, we are aware that we will receive a one-star rating. In that case, why should we cancel the order? It would be more beneficial to receive one star while keeping the payment rather than receiving one star without any payment.

    This unwise decision has the potential to harm the reputation of this platform.

    Is there any indication in the ratings that they are from canceled orders? It is important for my clients to understand that all completed orders receive a five-star rating.

    Only fiverr CHAT BOT give such bad advice.

    I recommend making a very amazing intro video, showcase your work , lower you price in your category, even if you;ve to work for 5$ than don't worry just do it.

    once you get to level 2 seller than you can unlock promoted gig where you can pay fiverr to bring you client like i do,

    there's no other way.

    don't know. What's going on Fiverr algorithm? Fiverr need only quality seller then why run the remaining sellers' account?

    Sorry to disappoint you bro but out of all these method non of the method will work with new fiverr update.

    There is no way you'll get your first client on fiverr by following any of this.

    Earlier you'd a chance to get client by submitting buyer request but not that feature is gone.

    So, good luck with your fiverr journey.

    Only way you can get client is find them outside fiverr and bring them on fiverr. (This is only possible way noadays)

    My friend is level one seller he isn't getting any client at all despite being following these advise for months.

    This is sad reality of fiverr now, all hope lost for new sellers.

    You apprantely need to be high quality buyer which probably someone top rated or fiverr pro, than there are chance you get any buyer request.

  9. Some of your order might be automatically marked completed after 3 days and client approched fiverr support regarding that.
    Fiverr support hold your payment until that client work is done, so contact client and ask them if they satisfied or not, if they satisfied than take screenshot and send to fiverr support so they release your payment.
    now customer will take you hostage even after you deliver work, but sad reality of fiverr now.

    1. Maybe client sees, you're new on fiverr and you're not expert enough to do his job, (either you don't have a lot of reviews or you lack 5 start reviews)

    You can easily overcome this by making a portfolio (best in your industry), once you proved client that you're a expert. things go smoothly after that.

    I also not told my friends about fiverr, but when I told them they be like " teach me to do same and earn some money online", I told them to watch youtube video and take some udemy course and they be like “why don’t you teaches us”. I myself learned online everything and I don’t know how to tell them that teaching isn’t my thing and is a complicated business. Although, this doesn’t affect our friendship.
