  1. IF they can fix two account , I'm sure they can fix all others if they're unbiased.
  2. Same here, I used to get 800 impression per day now I'm barely getting 100.
  3. @Kesha I have a suggestion regarding the repeat business score. To earn a repeat business score badge, everyone needs a score of 95. However, that's not fair. Some categories can't have repeat buyers. Categories like Graphics and Social Media Posts can easily achieve a score of 95 because people often reorder such items. But in categories like Web Development and Programming its nearly impossible to achieve 95 score because people don't order websites/apps as frequently as they reorder graphics. The highest score I've been able to get in the programming category is 94. No matter how hard I try, it seems impossible to achieve 95. So, the repeat business score for badges should be lower for such categories.
  4. I think fiverr should be more direct with buyer when asking feedback, they must tell them its not a feedback but a rating mechanism.
  5. Sorry to disappoint you, but just creating a gig and waiting for clients will never land you clients on Fiverr. You have to search outside Fiverr for the first few clients so you can get reviews and establish credibility.
  6. Congrats! keep an eye on new level system as from march 14 that going to replace current level one.
  7. You bet, My last late delivery was 3 month ago and my late delivery rate is still 100%, I had more cancelled order than late delivery.
  8. I never asked for an extension in the 5 years of my Fiverr career because I wasn't able to deliver work; it was the buyer who always said I needed more time because I didn't have the required resources. If asking for an extension will negatively affect my gig, I'll simply deliver work from now on and tell the buyer it's not my problem if they need more time. Is this what Fiverr wants us to do? How an mutual agreement between buyer and seller should affect buyer satisfaction?
  9. Why does this make sense? "Out of those orders, 4 of them had an extension. And extensions seem to be problematic for the buyer satisfaction, as far as Fiverr's team said." Why give a delivery extension if it's problematic for buyer satisfaction? We don't ask for extensions because we deliver late work; it's mostly clients who need more time. How will giving them more time negatively affect our gig? This is the most stupid decision Fiverr could come up with.
  10. At this point fiverr should remove extension and simply give two choice , delivery on time or face negative impact. It'll bring more transparency in fiverr.
  11. You can post a request with your request and see for yourself if someone is willing to provide you a 10k earning store in 10$ or not.
  12. When did this happen? 14th feb with new level system? Please join discussion with other people who faces same issue:
  13. Hi @Kesha I have a question: Does asking for a delivery extension affect the 'Conflict-Free Order' stat? And does cancelling an order without requirements affect it? (Previously, it didn't affect the cancellation rate.) Please answer.
  14. Can't we tell buyer about updated rating system before asking them feedback? or is that a violation of Terms and conditions?
  15. I agree with you. If Fiverr is all about transparency, then why take private feedback in the first place? I read that page; it's all about appeasing buyers and bowing down to their demands. For example, in order cancellation, they only talk about "Be proactive with communication," "Understand your client’s needs," and "Stay in touch throughout the process." There is nowhere mentioned what to do if a buyer is asking for work beyond the scope. Because you'll never know what kind of client you've got, even if you've talked with them for days before the order.
  16. I think the only issue with success score is calculation of lifetime performance of gig instead of 3 months and client satisfaction (despite people having only 5 star rating)
  17. Please reach out to Fiverr CS to know the exact cause of the warning. Luckily, your warning is temporary, unlike others'. You can join the discussion with people who are facing the same issue.

  19. Sharing your gig on social media doesn't help you rank your gig. The only motive of sharing is to get clients. Once you get a client and deliver them good service, then your gig will rank. Sharing it without getting clients is pointless.
  20. Most people talk about public reviews, but Fiverr also takes private reviews. If a client leaves you a 5-star review, that means they are happy with your service or they don't want to offend/disrespect you. However, in private, they can leave their review without being afraid of being judged by you. I worked with many clients who came to me after being disappointed by top-rated sellers. When I checked their profiles, they had only given people 5 stars.
  21. "Secret Evaluation" Mean you're not going to be promoted yet, Because fiverr is all about transparency.
  22. I've read many threads on forums regarding the new system, with people complaining about their success scores not being transparent. Even top-rated sellers are getting a score of 4. I've created this thread to provide feedback to improve the new system instead of simply complaining and trashing it. From my perspective, the main issue is that the new system seems to be calculating the lifetime performance of gigs instead of just the last 3 months. For someone who has been on Fiverr for years, their lifetime performance average is likely to be lower than that of newcomers, which isn't fair. No amount of good work can outpace old performance. Additionally, people are complaining about the number of active gigs. Some people's active gig scores are low, which I think brings down the overall average score. People are suggesting pausing them, but does that make any difference? Earlier, Fiverr support encouraged us to create more gigs. Regarding top-rated evaluation: it has been said that the top-rated evaluation will be more transparent. It would be better if there were a queue like "You're 18384th in queue" for evaluation, so at least people would have an idea of where they stand in the evaluation process. I'll continue to add genuine feedback to this thread.
  23. I think this system rewards new buyers and punishes old ones because lifetime performance isn't the best criterion to judge a buyer's current performance. I hope they'll read our feedback and fix this issue.
  24. I believe the system is taking private feedback into consideration. It's not just calculating performance for the last three months but for the entire lifetime, which is a problem. For someone who has been on this platform for years, their average performance score will always be lower than those who are new.
