    My buyer decided that didn´t need blueprints (3rd milestone) anymore, and wants to cancel it. I checked the Resolution Center and I found nothing but to cancel the whole order. Can the buyer do that himself? He just wants to pay for the 2 milestones delivered already. Thanks
