It's a shame that 'Not Human' doesn't make the limitations list.

i've had more spam links sent to me recently disguised as voice-over scripts. It's obvious the files spam so luckily I haven't opened anything. Irritating.

I work on a Mac all day and check mails on an iphone. I'm adding Apple as a notable client.

What is unfortunate is that only Fiverr pre approved clients can be added. Meaning that fantastic companies I've worked for who I consider to be notable aren't accepted.

I've only used this once, while I was away last week. I extended my delivery time and activated request to order for new buyers. I got 3 inquiries during that week. One that argued with me fee and never came back, and two spam messages containing spam links.

There's a brand in Germany (where I love) called Inka Brand, or Kosmos - Exit Das Spiel. Lat week we played the pirate one, I think it translates to the Gold of the Pirate. It's one of the harder ones from that brand. We also have an island exit game from the same brand but we didn't play yet. The pirate game said up to 180 minutes play time. It took us 5 night to escape haha. Too many strong personalities and then me with my non-native German skills.

The new Freelancer mode is really challenging. Even 47 has tough times as a freelancer. 🙂

I like playing cards, especially poker - but only for play money. We also played some Escape games recently in Switzerland, we were staying in a classic old hut with no internet so we played, it was great. I'm also partial to the occasional session of Hitman. I have World of Assassination. I like games where I can sneak around and not get into major conflict. A bit like how I treat the forum sometimes.

Only CS can deal with this. Only sellers (sometimes buyers) use the forum. They will need time to investigate and make a decision on your account. And by the way, using AI generated text is against the forum rules.

There are many, MANY posts on the forum from sellers asking how to get orders. You can search for these instead of clogging up the forum with the same question.

This is a great idea. I love escape rooms, and the escape games. I've often thought about how fun it would be to create them!

Thanks for posting, Frank! I'm feeling it, and the number of potential factors is overwhelming. I raised my fee by $15. A few months ago, I was advised to lower my fee to attract more buyers and get more orders, and I didn't see any increase, so whatever. I can create one or two more niche gigs, but that's all the effort I'm putting into my Fiverr profile for now. The constant tinkering trying to find the one tag or keyword that might make the difference feels like a waste of time right now. I'm refreshing my profiles elsewhere and applying to join other voice-over specific platforms with much tighter vetting processes and good terms. A membership fee for freelancers, but 100% take home, for example. I've also completely revamped my Vimeo page and restarted my plus membership, so that's now acting as a portfolio page, as I have permission to use some videos to promote myself. Vimeo now has a marketplace so people can contact you to hire you. I also use Linkedin, but I don't find it particularly attractive. So I'm doing what I can from where I am with what I've got. The other important thing is taking good care of my health and mental well-being. A strong mind is a freelancer's best friend, especially when the S hits the fan.

Precisely. Having these insights kept from us makes no sense. Everyone loses. I can't remember who made the point about seller satisfaction, but that should be a thing. We're just as important as the buyers. No business should suffer because of one or two clients. But this is just a reminder to me that Fiverr isn't my business, it's a place I do business and it can't be the only option. I wish I'd been far more active in developing elsewhere, but I got comfortable when the income was pouring in here. You live and learn.

So many of us are having a bad time of it here, many of us got the same email about first time buyers but only some of us have actually seen a drop in BSR. Still as clear as mud.

Late is late on Fiverr, it's not the same as dealing with someone directly. I would suggest requesting an extension if you know you will be late delivering, or extend your overall delivery time. Better to 'underpromise and overdeliver'. After 60 days your stats will be reset providing you don't make any more late deliveries. The percentage will fluctuate over the period of 60 days depending on how many orders you complete during that time.

Revision requests have no effect on delivery time. You must have been late with at least one delivery in the past 60 days. If you're sure you have not delivered any order late, you should contact customer support about it.

I'm hanging in for now too. I'm wondering if you still bother with gig promotion? My best seller is promotable, but the impressions and clicks on that have also tanked, and I've had no revenue from the promoted gig for over two months. It has generated a decent payback up until recently but I don't know if it's worth the extra spend anymore. At least not until things straighten out.

I was on holiday for 5-days this past week, and this time I extended my delivery time rather than opt for OOO and vanish altogether from the search. In 11 days, I've had two spam messages. So staying visible didn't make much difference.

I just got confirmation that the email was sent out in error. to me or to everyone I don't know.

I've contacted my SM about it to ask for clarification on whether there has been a drop in my BSR or not.
