  1. There is a webinar in the coming days. Let's be there and ask them what we should do about this situation. Days and days come and go, but we don't get any news. This is a very stressful situation. No one is respectful here. We are losing our job and the result of 5 years of hard work.
  2. What is extremely weird is that everything is going well now. We work as usual, and there are no differences rather than last week. What will happen on March 14? Why is no one responsive here? Why should we be left in the dark exactly from March 14? Everything will be all right until March 13, but suddenly, from March 14, they will say bye-bye. You have no badge from now on, No ads, and who knows what other things!!! It's so so weird.

  4. I am just wondering why this penalty is forever. Imagine some guys make a mistake and have a warning. Why they must be restricted permanently? A permanent restriction could be imposed on the one who makes the mistake twice. I think that's too much of a mistake. Everyone can make a mistake unintentionally.   5. What does that mean? I always joined from a specific location to Fiverr!! Are there any problems with being a Studio but always connecting Fiverr from a specific location?! I didn't know this was against terms of service!
  6. Dear @Kesha, The Customer service is not responsive at all. They say this is because of location inconsistency They only copy-paste a preset response to thousands of sellers who are facing this issue. (Please check another topic that is about this issue) you can see many sellers have the same problem. I never had any warning regarding location inconsistency, and I never changed my location for more than 6 months. Please, please help. We are losing our jobs, and no one is responsive here. I've been doing this job for more than 5 years, doing more than 1400 projects, and have over 800 reviews. And in one night, everything will be ruined without any explanations. Please, please, please help.
  7. It was the worst support I've got from Fiverr. I asked them what would be to our account from March 14. Will they ban us or not? They didn't even answer me. After 5 years of working hard, doing more than 1400 projects, and having more than 800 reviews, I am extremely frustrated! It seems they don't even need us anymore!
  8. @carrotymusic I am not quite sure what they want to do with us. They don't say we will ban you or something like that. They say You will not be a participant in the Fiverr level system. I am not sure what that means exactly. I hope @Lyndsey_Fiverr gets back to us with some good news. That says this nightmare will be finished soon.

However, we never had any location inconsistency or something like that. We are a part of the Fiverr community and are doing our best to keep Fiverr as the best freelancing website. What is the reason for this situation? We are extremely nervous about our job. Fiverr is our primary job to do. If this is a bug, would you please remove it?
