same situation as this my account, and same reply by fiver support, many time i try to discuses about this problem but unfortunately no any satisfaction reply and close the ticket.

okay, but any reason for not received brief until any one.

im a graphic designer and my all ratings for top rated, i since join fiver 2019, and still i not received any brief

now fiverr support just like a formality chat, because they have no any sloution/info and just ans this descion is final we cant do anything.

I kindly request a review of my case, considering the explanation provided. I am willing to provide any additional information or verification needed to resolve this matter. This problem no face some person, almost many freelancers receive this warning, this warning received toprated seller, i think this problem fiverr updated system.

Same thing happen on my i.d, i also reached top rated requirements, but unfortunate my all gigs still drank above the 1 years. really now disappoint

But if you don't get any order so how can you give best quality service.

This same things happen with my promotional gigs.

Here's my question. I'm a level two seller, my rank gigs drank, i try many updates and change the thumbnail and create a more attractive, but unfortunately my all trying waste and my all gigs still drank around 1 years, also i share to much on social media but not get a positive response. please check my i.d and inspect where is my fault?

I'm a level two seller and reached a son top rated seller. but unfortunately my all rank gigs to much drank around 1 years, every things i did update but not a get positive response. please check my i.d where is my mistake. I'm very worried.
