  1. Hi! Apologies for the delay in my response. I recommend rconnect with Customer Support for best advice on next steps. They were very helpful when I reached out. I did not have the option in the app to upload a pre-existing photo (which makes sense, since Fiverr is attempting to validate is I’m a real person - they probably want a live photo?) I hope you are able to resolve this!

  3. Thanks for the post! Some of these tips were useful, but I did not find the option of uploading a clearer picture. It seemed like the quality of the pictures lessened when I uploaded them. I’ve now submitted everything to validate my ID which is now under review. Crossing my fingers! Also open to any tips!
