    My account was demoted recently. Have not been getting sales for over a year now, which was beyond my understanding, neither do I get any brief,but I was surprised when I received the message that my account has been demoted. Attached is the snapshot.

    Am in the field of building engineering electrical and plumbing to be precise, just like yours. But the chances of you getting a repeat buyer is when the buyer is likely to be a contractor. Well that's if one is lucky enough. I once had a contractor that ordered six times from me.

    I can't try this method, cause i do get jobs Atimes by 11pm and as late as 2am. Am sure if I would have logged out I wouldn't have gotten those jobs.

    Thks. But something happened to me today. I got a message by 12am and I opened the message close to 3am and my response time changed instantly from 1hr to 2hrs

    My response time is always affected when am asleep during the night when a buyer sends a message. Fiverr can't expect us to work 24hrs without rest. Can they pls look for a way on resolving this issue by working with the local time when one is at rest during the night and a buyer suddenly sends a message during that period and not making it affect our response time

    Since fiverr started with the brief, have actually been getting the wrong briefs from fiverr, that has nothing to do with my area of specialization, or getting spam briefs from other sellers.
