A 4.7 might be okay (it didn’t used to be when level requirements were 4.8) but a 4.3 or less 60 day average could cause a demotion and prevent you sending offers to buyer requests if the average (not sure if 60 day or all time) is < 4.5. If Fiverr had diffeent level requirements, where it didn’t require at least 4.7 for every level there’d be less reason to have an issue about ‘lower’ ratings (even though one low rating can stop orders really). While it’s 94% it’s not really equivalent to 94% in a test/exam. In a test you could get 0 questions right and get a score of 0%. It’s not possible to get 0% in the Fiverr ratings since you can’t give 0 stars. So with the lowest rating of 1 star you get 20% on Fiverr. Fair point. I was just agreeing with the comment that it is still a good score, and trying to give it some context by changing it to a %

Right? What is wrong with 4.7 / 5? That’s 94%, if you got that grade on a test or exam you’d be over the moon! And therein lies the root cause of many sellers problems: entitlement. Entitlement to sales, to good reviews, to help / sales from other sellers, etc.
