    I am really glad too! Looks like I am a victim of this ridiculous update. I delivered a five day turnaround service in just 4 hours, and also had the 'Needed improvement in delivery time'. Whoever designed and executed this update needs to be answerable.

    I've noticed this too on my gigs pages. I always try to return new messages as quickly as possible, and I always make sure that I send a customer a message after they have placed an order.
