  1. Congratulations Andrew! That’s fabulous news, just in time for a celebratory weekend drink!
  2. I really hate to say it, however, in your gig portfolio you have a picture of ‘Steak’ but it’s written as ‘stake’. You also have spelling mistakes throughout the gig details; such as De-sign & Ba-nner. I would make the necessary edits to ensure you look professional.
  3. That sounds like an entire thread unto itself! I have some imported LED panels as well, and they’ve worked wonders so far. My green screen is currently running on a curtain rod being held taut by numerous wall-mounted bungee clips, so, unfortunately, I sacrificed portability the moment I started drilling into the walls! Screen6000×3376 2.68 MBThat screens looks great. You’ve done a super job keeping it taut. That’s the main battle with screens and you’ve done well. It totally is a compliment, I can really see your gigs doing extremely well. I’ve been a member of Fiverr since 2012, but only started to sell in August 2019, so I am still learning everyday. It would be cool to stay in touch!
  4. Wow! You’ve got an awesome mic. I don’t think you can beat Sennheiser really. When I was an entertainer on ships, they far performed the Sure SM58’s. My pull down green screen has allowed me to have extra space and make it a whole cleaner. If you’re interested, it’s the Elgato Green Screen MT - Mountable. £149 here in the UK, so I would image it would be the same in Dollars. The LED panels I use are Neewer, but the metal versions, so they’ll have plenty of life in them. By the way, I LOVE your gigs, they’re so cool… I hope you keep the success momentum going. You’re a real star!
  5. I recently had to hobble around in my crawl space to perform electrical work to upgrade my studio lighting. Not fun. 😒 You peaked my interest in mentioning a shotgun mic! Might I ask what you added to your arsenal? I’ve added a Deity V-Mic D3 Pro microphone. For the past 2 years I’ve been using a Lavalier mic, but the Deity is an amazing upgrade. I found the soft box lighting I used in the studio was so big and clumpy, I’ve now swapped them out with LED Bi-Color studio lights. They hardly take up any room and they’re great to light me and my pull down green screen.
  6. It’s great you’re seeing results. Determination and hard work does pay off. Good luck!
  7. That’s great news! Congratulations and good luck!
  8. When this happened to me in the past, I found that removing the video then resubmitting it worked within 30 minutes. Might be worth a try.
  9. Go to their gig page, click on the “flag” icon on the top right hand side, and report them for ‘Non Original Content’. You can provide the link to your own gig so that CS can verify it. I’ve always noticed super quick action whenever I reported copycat sellers through this button. Thanks for the advice. I feel a little bad, but at the same time, it’s taken me a lot of time to research and pitch my brand. For someone to come along and copy and paste my hard work is quite annoying.
  10. Thanks for the link. I’ve just checked and another seller has copied my breaking news gig word for word. Not sure what the best action to take is?
  11. I’ve remade all my gigs videos, images, description, pricing and tags and have seen an increase in impressions. I’ve also invested and upgraded my studio equipment and bought new studio lighting & a brilliant shotgun microphone.
  12. I noticed this on my profile this morning. We have similar gigs and we are in the same category. I’ve sent out some coupons, I think it’s an excellent way to reward our repeat customers.
  13. I joined the program last week. I have to say I’m extremely happy and pleased to have been invited. My mentor Ilan is absolutely fabulous. So warm and welcoming. If you have a chance to join the program, go right ahead, you’ll be glad you did.
  14. We are starting to see light at the end of the tunnel here in the UK. We’ve now vaccinated 36 million for their 1st dose and 5.3 million fully vaccinated. 95% of people aged 60 and over and over 50% of adults have been vaccinated.
  15. I’ll go to the ends of the earth for customers BUT…not this time. This customer wanted a $60 gig ( https://www.fiverr.com/share/beXy0q ) for $10, delivered within 2 hours… BUT wanted me to deliver first, then he would pay for my work. Unbelievable!! ends of the earth2480×3508 501 KB
  16. british spokesperson green video gig image 11500×1009 304 KB This is one of mine and it fits perfectly. It’s 1500px X 1009px. Hope that helps.
  17. Sadly yes Mike… I think there’s many others who are also facing these problems.
  18. Using the gig promotion doesn’t affect the organic results. There’s many of us facing a slower period at the moment. I am not sure what the answer is?
  19. I am not sure you’ll be able to have this removed. Once a customer leaves their review, that’s pretty much it; it’s set in stone.
  20. Really amazing! You’re so talented. I think I’ll be popping an order in soon!
  21. Screenshot 2021-03-10 at 23.18.063032×1814 334 KB Screenshot 2021-03-10 at 23.25.392960×760 131 KB I am not too sure what to make of it. I’ve been using it for quite a while now. I did have the daily spend limit set at $50, but the actual cost was around $8 per day. I now have it set at $20 and the actual cost is around $5 - So I really don’t understand why? I guess each month the total spent is about $112 or thereabouts.Maybe someone here can give me some pointers?
  22. Hi Shakib - I hope you have a super and successful time here on Fiverr.
